We've been going to this location for years and every time the service has been great. It takes a moment to usually get things up and started (drink orders, salad, appetizers, etc.) but I'm patient with their service because they're most likely preparing things for the table in the back. They always put on a great show while cooking and the food always tastes great! I usually get the Habachi salmon along with fried rice and yum yum sauce. We go at least 1x a year and the prices are reasonable... About $30 per person...food and drink.
Since moving to this side of town my husband and I decided to venture out in search for a new hibachi spot. This was our first stop and there is no need to search anymore. We are definitely in love with this restaurant. The food was delicious and they give you plenty. I was impressed with the veggies and the fact that they serve cabbage instead of mushrooms.
Well this was not the greatest experience. First they had no dessert options. They charge $3.00 extra for fried rice. Was not included with the meal. They burned my mother's salmon. Instead of bringing out a replacement entree they just replaced the piece of salmon. She had a hot piece of salmon with cold vegetables and cold rice. She also found something in her salad. She declined a replacement. My chicken was average. Overall for the price of the meal I do not think it is worth it. If you're going to spend what we spent you would expect a better meal and better service. Waitress seemed like she was not vested in improving the mistakes. Just eat and pay. Overall I wasn't impressed and wouldn't suggest this restaurant. Just my opinion. Just noticed they put four guests instead of two on the receipt. Wonder if that was their attempt at a better tip. No military discount either.
Yuki Japanese, Hibachi Shrimp Dinner is outstanding. The atmosphere, is serene and the hosts seat guests apart at a good distance. This is the 7th restaurant I dined at in the area, this week. 5 of the other 6, I rated 5 Stars. YUKI'S is my favorite. It is the only one I purchased a gift certificate from.
Worst food I have ever had. There was 2 of us and we ordered the Yuki Atlanta, the steak taste like soap, the chicken was dry and tough and shrimp was very chewy. Best part was the veggies that came with it and the sweet tea was delicious. We didn't even eat it..tried 1 of each meat and literally told our waitress, she informed the manager who said we could try something else or she would take 1 meal off our order so with a $47.58 bill for uneatable food we paid and left. I even told the manager that I do not eat McDonald's but I would eat there before I ate another bite. And yes the service was good either!! This was on Friday June 3, 2022 around 630 and wasn't very busy
Cleo the manager is fantastic ?. Server's were great very slow in a Tuesday evening. Great food!
The food was delicious but the service was sub-par. The waiter never came back to the table to refill drinks even though gratuity was added. That is why I can't give 5 stars. Our hibachi cook gets the 5 stars because he was great!
Valentines 2022 only waited 15 mins for the table, 15 mins for our cook, and was out!! We love this place to begin with but they sure did help us out tonight!! Highly Recommend anytime!! Friendly, fast, and fun!!
Celebrated my birthday here it was just okay not my first time but seems to be going downhill. The cook wasn't as fun or attentive. The food prices were higher I spent $60 just for me and my son. He had Ramen with chicken stir fry and i had chicken hibachi we both had a soft drink.
We honestly enjoyed our visit here. It was my daughter's 8th birthday. We reserved for 20 and everyone showed up. They allowed me to have a Lovegram come inside to help make my baby's day and it was wonderful. The food was good. Wait. They were a little slow getting to us but once they came everything was smooth sailing. Thank You and we'll be back sometime soon. Customer service and good food is always what people look for.
