I went to this location 2 days in a row. Both days my food was cold. I feel like they just threw my food together I'm not going back
Breakfast sandwich undercooked and foul taste! Threw up after first bite! Do not waste your time or money for this bad food!
When did you guys start giving customers drink orders a downsize asked for a large natural lemonade, and they told me they are downsizing their drinks wth why??? I'm confused because I didn't want ice. That's the third time this store has done that I'm done
Waited several minutes for someone to take my order at the drive thru and no one responds. An employee shuffled through the backdoor with trash and says that they are closed, even though it is an hour before they advertise on google. Did see several people pull through the drive thu before me, management needs to fix their hours on google
It was a smooth Tuesday evening! Quick line and hot food! Early in the week works better!
When I come to this location, which is not often anymore I usually expect bad service but Saturday 11/13 the service was great. It started with the pleasant and polite woman who took our order. Then the team preparing our food was smiling and polite. This was a much better experience than I've had in the past.
I had a coupon for a free spicy chicken sandwich with the free t mobile Tuesday app. Mind you I don’t always eat Wendy’s, just because I had a reward. I told the cashier when ordering for the combo but the sandwich is free. I get to the second window and she tries to scan but then goes to say “it won’t work because she ring it up as a combo”. Like of course it didn’t work. So I already redeemed it, thinking if I scan it, it will go through but it didn’t. After redeeming you have to still upload it to add to scan. Some dark skin lady was rushing the cashier saying we’ll charge her the whole price instead of making sure everything was done correctly. She handed me my food and shut the window as if I needed to get out the line. Disgusted will never come here
I hope that maple bacon chicken croissant is here to stay cause it is a WINNER!The line was long but it moved pretty fast.
So if I order a LARGE COMBO MEAL, the drink should automatically be a LARGE right? This location is stupid. I mean they have to be..I'm not going to argue with anybody. Who gives you large fries & small drink when you ordered a LARGE COMBO????
The worst customer service ever! I never seen nothing like this before from a Wendy’s franchise . Great customer services and fresh hot food makes a great store and this location has either one ?
