We stopped in for lunch and from the start it was disorganized. After a very long wait we got our food and the wrappers were not even folded on them. The fries were spilled all over the trays as if everything was just dumped on it. Every table in the place was dirty as well. The woman manager was running around the store talking into her headset. A police car pulled up across the street and she locked the doors. Suddenly a young man came to the far door pounding on it to let him in. When nobody would he ran off. We were told she locked the doors because the afternoon shift called in and they were closing the dining room. About ten minutes later she unlocked the doors and let people in again. She could be heard having heated discussions with employees in the cooking area. Suddenly she went out and jumped into a car and started driving around the building. The employees watched and chuckled as she did this. She went around the building eleven times and then parked. She sat in her car for a few minutes then came back in. She went to the back and wasn't seen again. With the show over, we decided to move on....
I don't even know where to start. Unfriendly staff to begin with. Then, while waiting in line I notice a young staff member sticking what appeared to be a large metal pan out of the drive thru window and banged it on the ground. She did it after every customer so I was confused and wondered if this was a pan used for cooking or what?? So when it was my turn I asked and they said it was to keep their wait time low?? I told them it looked alarming and perhaps they should find another way to do that. Then I received my order my sauces were wrong, no big deal. But I was made to pay extra for the one sauce so if I hadn't checked I'd been screwed. The last odd thing was they gave me cheese sauce in a cup. When I told them that it wasn't mine they asked for it back. Curious, I pulled forward and watched them hand the same cup to the customer behind me... probably not the best thing to do during a pandemic. Smh.....Wendy's keeps failing me.
The worst customer service I've ever seen. That drive thru girl had an attitude out of this world. Then they gave me a old burger. I went to get it remade. And I parked like she told me too the next thing I know there was a meeting being held in the drive thru.... I just wanted my food that's all. They finally remade it. The manager was very nice that brought it to me. You can tell That chick was messy and wanted some mess started over a 5 foe 5 burger... she was bored i guess.
The issue that I have is that they pull you because your items aren't ready, or one of your items aren't ready. But when you get your food everything else is cold except for that one item. I don't understand why everything can't be hot and fresh when it comes outside considering the fact that I had to wait.
Ordered online. Selected drive-thru pickup. Arrived at the store several minutes later. Waited through a long drive-thru line just to be told to come inside because it wasn't ready.Went inside. Waited several more minutes and finally told them I'm picking up my mobile order. Only when I told them my name did they PUT THE ORDER IN. So, it hadn't even been started the entire time. Had to wait for an eternity to get my food.Also, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. Instead, I got a rock hard oatmeal raisin that was basically inedible.You did it wrong. Won't be back.
And this particular Wendy's on rock quarry in Stockbridge has to be the slowest drive-thru I have ever seen I was in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes and still didn't get served be worse
If you haven't tried their breakfast yet, you don't know what you're missing. There are plenty of coupons out there to get you a better deal. The baconater breakfast sandwich is the best breakfast item I have had in years. You might want to order it without the swiss sauce, sometimes they put too much of it on the sandwich. And the $1 bacon egg cheese or sausage egg cheese biscuits are a regular menu item without the use of a coupon. Also, the app gives you rewards and special offers in case you don't have coupons.
I just left here and my fries are over cooked and EXTRA SALTY… and my sandwich i was craving is harddddd and over cooked,.. I’m beyond disappointed… yall picked the wrong place to put this Wendy’s …. Only the gutter deserve this type of treatment ??
Very slow, the manager on night shift plays too much with her employees, it took approximately 45 min the first time we visited. We understood not staffed but they were, just a lot of playing. 2nd wait time I waited 45 min we got to do better as managers.
Was not to happy with the food hamburger was not hot, bun was hard. Fries were very good, and the sweet tea was terrible. Service was very good.
