It was good food quickly. Especially when you want waffles.
I had the sausage, egg, and cheese grits bowl, my favorite breakfast meal. Very healthy, full of flavor, and filling. ???
The building was dirty on the outside I almost wanted to leave and go to another restaurant. But we stayed since we had full days travel and didn't want to waste time. The food we had was well prepared no problem there. The server was not very friendly. So I give it 4 stars for the food and knocked off a star for interactions with the staff.
I arrived here and as most waffle house locations encourage I proceeded to seat myself. Another couple claimed they arrived prior to my party and caused a scene. To minimize any issues a staff member apologized and asked to take the seat and give it to the other party. Many others were uncomfortable with this but we were in a good mood and said if it was such a big deal to them they could have the table. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic for the mishap and having to re-seat us due to other patrons sence of entitlement. They offered to comp our meal. Food was prepared quickly & correctly. Shout out to the amazing staff here that turned something that could have been an issue to an enjoyable experience!
Horrible, saw people leaving, food terrible. Cold uncooked eggs, hard as rock sausage, omelet had to be sent back, wrong food, waited over 30 minutes. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Never answers the phone. Rode by with sleeping kids and saw no one was there so my fiance who was a few minutes behind me could stop and grab the food. Called repeatedly for over 20 minutes and he also tried calling and no one ever answered. I understand during rush hour times; however, no matter when I call this waffle house they never answer. On a few occasions, I've driven up to see that there is no one in the restaurant at all. If I call the one recently built on Eagles Landing Pkwy no matter how busy they always answer. Wandering how a restaurant with no customers is always too busy to answer the phone?
The staff works hard to keep up with the volume of customers, and makes eating there a nice experience.
The staff was very nice and hospital. I had a big party with me and used multiple tables and they were very accommodating. They were also quick and clean
Great service, fun atmosphere, great waffle (with pecans & peanut butter chips, YUM!)
Friendly staff, definitely good food fast and that is the Waffle House way. Excellent service and a great place to eat. We visit often and it seems to get better each time we go.
