Great food and fast service. They was packed but they still work hard and fast. Burger was excellent.
Sunday April 3rd at 6 AM the kitchen's not even ready because they need to clean but they're only doing to go orders until after 7 AM there's 3 employees at the restaurant currently I can't imagine they can't handle following covid policies for wiping down a couple of spots at the bar. If this is going to be the new waffle house policy they need to change their 24 hour notice to reflect when they allow dine in. I refused to eat hash browns to go, reheated potatoes would be the nastiest thing ever.

The service was slow, but there was good customer service there which is rare these days. I ordered the All Star breakfast with grits and raisin toast and scrambled eggs. I also ordered 2 extra hash browns and an additional waffle. Well the all star was prepared first and then about 10-12 minutes later, the other items were prepared. The result was that some of my food was very cold and some was very hot and fresh.
Monday January 24th about 330am doors locked and this waitress and another person was sitting doing nothing. Turned and walked away and not once acknowledged. Weds January 26th about 250am doors locked again. Tried to call in an order while in the parking lot and she purposely disconnected the phone and walked away. This happens all the time while this lady is working and is the only waitress on the floor. She's very rude as well as iv had a few verbal altercations with her as I am a regular here. This needs to be addressed so hopefully the store management will handle this accordingly. district management will be notified as well. This use to be a good location and if it wasn't for certain waitresses/cook I would stop being a regular as well as several others that meet up for business

This WaHo was great! Fast, friendly service, and the food was amazing! Definitely the best WaHo we've been to in Henry County! Recommended!

This fast food chain has been around for a long time! Always opens Christmas Day and New Year’s Day! However, even though the food is always great, the place shouldn’t be a mess and the staff shouldn’t be rude in order to sell good food!
Gabbi Hewatt I believe was her name. I came in at 1:30ish am. It was her and 2 older woman and a gentleman ( the cook) we were told he needed a break because he’d been working for over 6 hours. He didn’t make our meal which it’s fine I understand he was tired. One of the older ladies suggested not to serve us anymore. Gabbi said “ no they will be attended” she went out her way to cook our food even though she wasn’t a cook. No one wanting to work except her. The other ladies sat down.We appreciate your customers service Gabbi.
