The service is impeccable. We were greeted at the door and made to feel at home. The food was so delicious.

Our dine in experience was good. It was two of our wonderful friend's birthday dinner and they really enjoyed themselves. The customer service experience was good. The prices were decent and we received our food in a decent time. I'll definitely be going back there.
There was no atmosphere at all, the hostess stated a 30 or 45 minute wait but i saw several empty tables and no one waiting. I pointed this out and the hostess said we had to wait for 2nd shift to go on duty. there was no real communication only blank stares. we will never try Juicy Crab again
We had an amazing experience. Nicole was our waitress and she along with the food were freakin awesome.FYI- We went around 1pm on a Thursday.The food was seasoned perfectly and our $5 1800 margaritas were just right. Nicole, our waitress, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am a business owner and good customer service is very important to me, so thank you Nicole for being good at your job. Customer Service is awful. After placing an order I was told to return in about 15-20 min. Went bacon in 20 and was told kids Chen was backed up so come back in 15. Went back in 15 (35 min from order placement). No one at the desk for dining area or takeout was present. Me and other customers waited for someone to show up. I was then told by a different attendant that my order was not ready. It would be another 10 min. I stood inside. Ultimately, my order came out an hour and 10 min later AND the food was cold. Too many good seafood places around to patronize this one again.

I enjoyed the experience while I was there, for the most part. The service was nice and she tended to us the best she could (because you could tell there was a shortness of staff). I’m giving it such a low score because of the food! It was tasty but it could not have been fresh. I ate here exactly one week ago, and my stomach has not been settled since that night. There has been a pain in my stomach ever since. The only item that I could taste was bad was the corn, even my date said the corn was terrible because it had to have been spoiled. I love my seafood boils and this is the first time I’ve felt like this after eating one.
