The customer service is great but there was hair in my food twice. I ordered rice with wings and pad Thai. There was hair in my rice. I called and notified them that there was hair in my rice without complaining or requesting a refund. I tried them again but made sure to say please make sure there is no hair in my food. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY SECOND ORDER. I contacted them not to ask for a refund but to tell them within 2 days I’ve ordered from the location twice and both times there was hair in my food. They gave me a refund but I do not trust to eat there anymore. They need hair bets and better sanitation methods
Absolutely love their food! We drive 30-45 minutes just to get Thai Time! We love the pineapple rice combos with shrimp and the Pad Thai (noodles…can’t remember the correct name) so yummy!
Great, fresh food. Sweet & Sour chicken and shrimp is BOMB!! Great portion sizes also!
Great little Thai restaurant. Fast and friendly service
I’m in the area for work and have ordered take out from Thai Time several times in the last few months. Every time I’ve gotten courteous and professional service with delicious food. I’m hooked and will keep coming back!
They have the worst papaya salad in the world! Waist money for this ! They should learn from another Thai’s restaurant about make this salad taste better! ?????
Food was delicious by cook and unnecessary bad customer service by Jade with the glasses.Get someone in there that will help thrive your business and not drain it from the first point of contact. Professionalism and great customer service is what every successful business has that takes them to the next level.Good luck!
I had the shrimp pineapple fried rice, it was just ok, the coconut soup was alright, and spring rolls were chewy not crispy. The flavors just wasn’t there, I love Thai food, but this was bland, and not vibrant at all to my palate.
Love the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and crab cheese puffs. always my favorite and go to Orders
New the McDonough area. I’ve had Thai food in Conyers and Thai food in Hapeville. I travel a lot, so I have a few places to go to when I’m looking for good Thai food. Well, I tried another place in McDonough and didn’t like it. Finally decided to give this place a try and I absolutely glad I did. I can say I found my new Thai spot near home. From the app to the entrees , everything is good and the spice level is legit and no joke! I ordered pineapple fried rice medium and it was soooo good. I ordered to go and didn’t have to wait long at all. Food was fresh and hot and the hostess was friendly.
