Experience is hit and miss. They have been out of Baja blast the last three times I've visited. I don't know if they've angered the mountain dew gods or if they lost the ancient art of making this particular flavor of soda, but get it together.Also, if you order online, you've got about a 50/50 shot that any selected customized options will be ignored (eg tomatoes when you asked for none, etc).The prices have definitely gone up on this supposed cheaper fast food alternative, so it enhances the annoyance when they don't pay attention to the details.
Customer Service is nonexistent and if you are greeted it extremely rude! Short staff is one thing but taking advantage of the situation to be super slow is inexcusable! If there was a way to leave a half star I would! Slow and still did not get my order correct! I will not be returning! Taco Bell if you want to survive I highly suggest taking some pointers from Chick fil a! Train your employees to have some respect for paying customers! Sat for 45 minutes order was still wrong did get all my food! Never again
I love Taco Bell's bean burritos tacos and so much more that's what keeps me going back
Food is always been here. I like their $2 menu. Nothing is that expensive which is great. B young lady at the drive-thru is very pleasant and professional.
They took my door dash order and took the money out of my bank. But they said they never got my order I was at the wrong taco bell when I told them that the address was the same on my recite as on the building they got very rude this is only after they had me wait 30 fir my order. Not a good way to treat the people who are the whole reason you get a check and keep the doors open for you to have a job need some people who want to work not aome kid tring not to be at home
The Worse!Visited this location at 11am today...everything was cold and the Pepsi tasted flat and like syrup. How is the food cold and old tasting (cheesy potatoes, nacho fries, taco) so early in the morning. They do not have to worry about me anymore. Taco Bell...you need to do better!
I had to do mobile orders because the system was down ordered 40.00 worth ot tacos and they only put meat in the front and back of them stuffed them with lettuce and sour cream and cheese. Dont go late night terrible
The manager was fine but the boy taking orders today on 2/10/2022 around 340pm was EXTREMELY RUDE and definitely needs some customer service training ASAP!
All soft, hard, burritos, tacos, or whatever I've tried seems short on ingredients like they cutting back the servings instead of raising the prices... So value is not there ..
The Worst. Will Not Be Back. If I ordered and Paid for A Supreme Party Pack, why didn’t you all make all of my Taco’s with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese and Sour Cream?? Each taco was half made and broken. The Chicken Wings were soggy as well. I called them 2 times and they didn’t answer. I will not be back at this location!
