DO NOT GO!! went through the drive thru because of course they aren't open inside and I ordered and she didn't put it in correctly so I tried correcting her and she was very rude. Then I ordered a quesadilla with no creamy jalapeños and they put EXTRA creamy jalapeño sauce. Was very loud in there and everyone was playing and laughing and not being perfessional. Will definitely be calling the head of taco bell.
Do not eat here! I found a huge peice of weird plastic in my food!!!! And my sons tacos were old. Disgusting!!!! They wouldn't do anything about it either. I'm calling the health department on them.
We're vegans and love their Fresca bean burritos and the potatoes without the cheese. We also appreciate their senior drinks.
Only taco bell in the area that carries the chili cheese burritos. Taste the same as they did 10 years ago.

Every time I come here, the service is quick and accurate. The only negative issues with this location have to do with the availability of the Pizza Hut products, as this is a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut combo location.
Just had to complain about the nearby Dunkin Donuts and Wendy's and thought I'd comment on how much better this Taco Bell is than their neighbors.They seem to always get my order correct, friendly order takers that don't make me sit for 3 minutes so they can do ....whatever , and food for the most part was always prepared pretty fresh and well. Couple of less than stellar taco's but overall it's a well run place.
I ordered an online order to pick up in lobby so I didn’t have to sit in the drive thru. When I get there, one door locked and one door was accidentally left un locked. They were very angry at me when I came inside. I told them I ordered online to pick up in lobby. One woman motioned around that I needed to go around drive thru. I was already inside, I’ll wait for my food. Don’t let it be an option to pick up inside if you’re not going to let people inside. Also rude signs about masks all over the place (I’m a mask wearer, it’s okay.). But if you’re going to be rude and demand no service if no mask—you should make your employees wear a mask. Because they weren’t.
Update. The taco bell has really declined in service. Must use a kiosk to order. Needed pepperoni pizza for the kids but that's not on the kiosk but you can't order taco bell and the pizza together. Taco bell had to be done via the kiosk and they use the drive thru register to place the pizza order. They tell me they are out of pepperoni pizza but they have cheese. They just did not make any pepperoni since I told them there was a Kroger across the street to get more pepperoni to put on pizzas but they then changed to they don't have any ready. I could have waited on the pizza but they simply say- we don't have any which is not correct. The order that I did place plain cheese pizzas plus the taco bell looks correct but the hassle to place a order and their unwillingness to say we need a few minutes to make some pepperoni pizza is terrible.
I got to Taco Bell all the time, but this time I went and I asked for my usual cheesy Gordita crunch and he said we don’t sell those. Confused, I asked if they took it off of the menu. His response was simply they had never sold them. So I go inside and there is a new person. I walk up to the counter and before I could ask anything he rudely tells me to order on the kiosk on the wall to my left. At this point I’m ready to go somewhere else, but for what it’s worth I went up to the kiosk and open the menu and right smack in the middle is the cheesy Gordita crunch.
