3 stars because the ice cream is great, the stress seems nice, but the scoopers used sit in water from all flavored ice cream AND the freeze tops to make the ice cream are not thoroughly cleaned off.There was chocolate residue from a previous order that wasn't removed when the person made mine. They should have either CLEANED/scraped the machine off first and/or moved to one that was already cleaned off.Also, no machine should be left with residue from another rolled ice cream customer.
So so, it was good but it was very expensive for what we got. You pay first and then choose your ice cream and toppings but most of the toppings we're out so I didn't even get what I paid for. Also if they are out of things for the day, they will not go to the back and get more, she literally told me to come back tomorrow.
First time here with my family. They are super nice, explained options, lots of choices. Great service and I've cream, frozen yogurt, vegan ice cream ( my fave )Definetly coming back.
Just absolutely sweet! My 7 month old can't have anything like this just yet due to gastro doctor orders right now so he made her name into the ice cream and got her involved even took our photo with it without us having to ask him it which I loved!!! It was our first time at one of these places and we loved it!!! He even heard me talking about my love for caramel after we ordered and brought over the bottle and gave me more and included the kids also bringing my daughter more strawberry syrup ? it was a great first experience and would definitely go back!! We also love the non dairy items with us being lactose!!! It taste Sooooo good!!!!
Kinda looks random at night since most shops around it are closed. The ice cream surprisingly was great and prepared and rolled in front of you. Many options to add to base flavor such as chocolate syrup or caramel and up to three toppings. Menu looks complicated but was patiently explained to us.
Poor customer service. Not worth going to. Don't waste your money here.

One of my favorite places to come…BUT customer service is inconsistent. They choose their own times to close outside of what is posted online and on their door.My first issue is that their door posts closing time of 10pm I make it at 9:30 and am told I will not be served because they are closing early. This happens too often and upsetting because we travel 20min for this treat.Second the owner often will deny you of flavors and toppings with poor excuses (the cookie doesn’t blend well with Vegan ice cream) but if you come another day he will give you that flavor and combo. I guess what you order is dependent on his mood.This is one of my daughters favorite places to come but unfortunately we will have to hold on this treat due to the inconsistencies in customer service.

Our experience began SO pleasantly!! A polite, knowledgeable young woman took care of us.While she was preparing our treats, a RUDE young Indian man comes through the door, tells us we cannot SIT and WAIT for our treats to be ready- had to stand- because we don’t have masks on (myself, 2 young children- NO ‘MASKS REQUIRED’ SIGNS!!)THEN he proceeded to scold the young girl working ever so diligently BY HERSELF, mind you, for ‘mixing flavors’. Ice cream is good, but not good enough for us to come back. As awful as the world is these days, you can leave your bad mood at home bro.
