Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.I asked for the manager the lady said she owns the place. The guy as well as her has the worst attitude / listen problem they just do what they want and act really calm about it they definitely lost a custom. I dont even want to give a star but have to just to post this ??
I will never go to this place of business again they have the worst attitudes they just do what they want the owner is the cooks so be aware they dont were gloves and couch on the food

I am not sure why they are still open but the portions they give to paying customers are extremely skimpy. THE SANDWICH I ORDERED WAS BASICALLY BREAD! I did not taste much of anything but bread!!!! The staff has no care or regard to customer service especially considering the customer is paying you and keeping your doors open. You definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back! If you want to waste your money on a bread sandwich then this would the place for you but please go somewhere else.
If you're on Jonesboro road, I would definitely go to the franchise located in the Planet Fitness parking lot. I have been going to Subway for a while, not because like the food, but sometimes it's convenient. Today I went reluctantly. As I asked for spinach, I noticed the person preparing my food not only wiped her forehead with her glove, but she only put literally 3 spinach leaves on my sandwich. Naturally, I asked for more and she literally put like 3 maybe 4 more on there, but when I got to the register they were charging me a dollar extra for that tiny amount of spinach. Honey, I can go to Walmart and buy a mini package of spinach for like $2.50. Don't act like you HAVE to charge me a dollar for an extra 3 or 4 leafs when the Subway that's literally around the corner has never even charged me extra for what I think is a normal, reasonable amount of spinach. If you put a reasonable amount of ingredients on there in the first place, there would have been 0 issues. I left, and I certainly did not want the sandwich. The only reason I came here was because the line at Gezzo's was too long, but trust me next time I'll just wait because their service is infinitely better. Whoever is running this store needs to learn how to train their employees a little better, or they need to hold off on the cheapskate attitude.
Ordered a salad paid $9.00 and it was skimpy! If I'm ordering a full size salad, please don't give me only half. The owners aren't friendly and didn't care me as a customer.

I had a horrible experience. Every time I go to this subway they say I can’t use a coupon that is valid for the Jonesboro location. Highly upset.
