This subway does not accept coupons nor do they offer full change. Staff is also slow. Windows to food case is dirty.
Came here for the first time! Quinten was the best customer service we ever had. He treated us with respect he had patience in waiting for us to order. He was Awesome!!!!!!!!!
Everything you expect from a regular ole Subway. The workers were friendly. The manager / lead on duty seemed to be a great employee. Store was clean, no issues on my visit.
Friendly and clean environment, got the 12-in meatball sub and it was awesome. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. And the employees were very friendly and helpful.
Worst experience I ever had at a Subway! I asked for a spinach wrap. The guy said they didn't have any left, so I ordered a ft long Italian Herbs & cheese bread for a Philly cheesesteak. He puts the cold meat on the bread- They normally put it in the microwave on little trays. I told him I wanted the meat heated 1st- He argued for minutes that that's not how he was taught. I thought he was making a sandwich for ME though?! He threw a small amount of meat on the tray & put it in the microwave. When it came out it didn't even cover half the length of the sandwich! He proceeds to throw toppings on it with an attitude! The sandwich looked HORRIBLE! I LITERALLY GAVE HIM $10 TO THROW. IT IN THE TRASH & WALKED OUT! Customer service is trash at this location!

I ordered a sandwich from the app. their app messed up. took my money but didn't send my order to the store. I called about my order and the person on the phone was like, "we don't have that order. some other store took your money then" thought this was gonna get hostile and then they said "ill make your sandwich right now" and made my sandwich without having to pay anything extra because the app took my money and I'm guessing glitched out. one of the workers came out to my car and gave me me sub. Fix yall's app but the customer service was great. really appreciated it. sandwich hit too. good stuff.
Arrived at 8:50 and was told they were closed.. I asked what time they closed and was told they closed a 9pm. It takes less than 3 minutes to make a sandwich
Out of all of the Subway locations in Henry County this one is by far my favorite. The two young ladies that are normally there when I go are so pleasant and patient. One of them greets every customer as they come through the door and adds or takes away without a second look.Their veggies are always fresh and the store is always clean.
