The Starbucks is nice, but the parking lot and5drive thru are atrocious. I always go inside because their drive thru is dangerous. The cars block the flow of traffic into and out of the shopping plaza. On this particular day, the traffic was backed up to the traffic light on Jonesboro Road. This road is extremely busy and this backup creates a dangerous situation for drivers. Starbucks really needs to do something about this. This isn't the only location I've seen with this same dangerous traffic issue. This is the reason for the 3 star review.
The customer service at this location sucks. It’s almost non existent. I made a mobile order and almost anytime I do, you never get acknowledged in the cafe by the register, baristas, support person or a manager. There is only one person that recognizes me cause he’s the only one that’s ever bothered to ask if there’s any mobile orders in the building. Everyone else never bothers to make any eye contact or associate with any guests which is something you’re supposed to do in customer service. Thank you to the one employee that acknowledges guests.
This store is in a busy mall area. The drive-thru is busy often backing up traffic. The parking lot near the store is small...very small.There is parking across the street.Patience is needed here when trying to purchase a delicious drink.
This location has gone downhill! Can I not just get an iced green tea. Why do the baristas always confuse it for matcha when I do NOT ask for matcha?The pandemic has really caused a decline in a lot of service oriented jobs because businesses don’t want to pay more for individuals that have the skills to keep things running smoothly. This and other visits to this Starbucks recently are a testament to that fact.
They messed my order up twice and didn’t fix it or compensate me afterwards.
Go to this Starbucks every time I am in Stockbridge area. Great Service! Friendly atmosphere! Get order right consistently! No complaints!
It's Starbucks what can you say? There's always someone with an odd voice and unique characteristics at the drive-thru, that makes you giggle, serves you delicious goodness the best their supply will allow, and sends you happy on your way. Mmm, Who knew I'd like dragon fruit tea instead of Carmel Frappuccino today... Starbucks. ?
I went to this location 1/18/22'@7:15am, I wanted a Vanilla bean large ,the order taker said they dont have any Frappuccino's at this time. it did not make any sense considering how long I was sitting in the line looking forward to getting one .she proceeds to blame corp& giggles.then I tried to order a breakfast sandwich they didn't have any of those either .I don't understand y are u open if u don't have anything that the customer wants. I ended up deciding to get a large hot French vanilla coffee. she hands me an order that wasnt mine when I got to the window, I asked for a supervisor ,then a female worker w/ a dark curly wig came to the window being nosy. This is not a staff meeting,so y is she coming to the window? I thought that was really unprofessional,I said something about that& she giggles walking away.I will like this addressed &whoever the supervisor was at tht time seemed very incapable & unexperienced.wont be returning EVER in life. I wouldve swore I was in East Point considering how hood the staff was
