This store needs some evaluations done. The shift supervisor (Short, light skin, tattoos, long curly hair) that works in the evening is so loud and aggressive. She also has a attitude problem. I’ve caught her (multiple times) rolling her eyes at staff members or just being rude to them. She’s super dramatic. There was an employee that was getting ready to get off work and she yelled, “You leave in 4 minutes?!” How are you the Shift Supervisor but you don’t know that??I know from experience as a Manager that things get hard and busy but people need good managers right now! She gets so overwhelmed when it gets busy, panics, then starts making drinks wrong, having people wait longer, complaining about how many orders there are, etc. Then she starts yelling, passively to the customers about them being “patient” but it’s obvious that she’s not able to handle the pressure which makes customers impatient. Is the store short staffed? Is she not used to working busy shifts? Does she need more training on how to work under pressure? More breaks? More training on how to lead shifts in general?Definitely need to check on the employees at this location… I would not enjoy working on her shift. She just needs to relax.
This location is VERY busy but the workers were great! They were very nice and working very hard, even with other customers giving them a hard time. Many of the customers kept changing their order as they got it, like deciding they wanted their drink iced instead of hot, wanted caramel syrup added, etc. so that made the drinks a little slower when coming out. The drinks tasted great as usual.
These hard workers go above and beyond every day to deliver great customer service to people undeserving of anything near this, exemplified by the crazy psycho lady demeaning a worker and complaining about a cup of hot water in front of other customers, making a fool out of herself. I guess some people just wake up every day and choose chaos, but in order to break that chain of negativity we should all be more like the workers at this particular Starbucks who again, go above and beyond to help their customers. They deserve a raise honestly
Waited in the dru thru line for 10min to be told that their not accepting card at the window. I went into the store and it was worse. Customer service SUCKED. In all the years I've supported Starbucks this location acted like McDonald's Customer service. I threw everything I ordered out because it was disgusting. I spoke to the so call manager the pink braids. She NEEDS CLASSES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It is/was Starbucks quality. Traffic was down at this site so some choices for brewed items was limited. Instead of the usual three fresh coffee ☕️ they had just one. It was fresh and good.
On our way from Canada to Florida. Stopped in for my fav espresso bevey. They nailed it. Wonderful and thanks
I've been to this location a few times and more than once that have opened late, when asked why they opened late, they respond with " everyone got in late ". This should be unacceptable standards for this company. Employees should be there early enough to open the store on time. I hope Starbucks Corp. Does something to train these employees more efficiently.
I brought my mom early on Monday morning New Years we waited for about 20 minutes to get to the window. No problem it’s cold outside and we were happy to receive or drinks. One of the baristas made my moms drink wrong and overcharged her. As a barista for 3 years for Starbucks I know that this is an easy mistake. We came back with our receipt and asked for accommodations Ms. Lauren and her manager (I can’t remember maybe Alicia) we’re so kind and quick to make things right. Exceptional service, and kindness! Starbucks keep these two around! The line at this location was still long @ 4pm when we came back but their attitudes and experience made the trip smooth, well done ladies!
They are very efficient and get your drinks right, even when you highly customize them. Staff is friendly and store is clean.
Baristas are always super nice and apologetic for the wait (even though it’s not their fault; they’re the only starbucks anywhere near that exit, so they’re almost always slammed). My drinks have always been made correctly and in a timely manner and staff are wonderful about making suggestions if you don’t know what to get/they’re out of what you wanted.
