Order foods for my grandson… on the list was a couple of breakfast burritos. This breakfast burrito came with sauce some type of white sauce all over it that he did not ask for and it is not in the description of the breakfast burrito. So dissatisfied and a waste of money! He couldn’t eat it. I’m so disappointed and I have not heard any resolution from the restaurant neither is Uber eats willing to make an adjustments for as a refund. Which they should refund the money because did not receive what we ordered.
My bf and I ordered two burgers and fries. I opened the bag to check the food and noticed there were mozzarella sticks, French toast sticks and a breakfast sandwich as well as a burger and fries. I told staff that the order was wrong. They took the food back with the seal broken and I did touch the food with my bare hands. They did not care and stated that it was actually for Uber and the order was mixed up. A few seconds later I watched them go to another car (Uber) and take their bag back as well. Not even a minute later I saw a new bag being delivered to the other car and my car as well. I asked if they had remade the food after witnessing what happened. They said there were multiple bags of food waiting in the back and it had been in the back already, but the bag I received was definitely the bag that was just returned from the other car and the bag I just returned was repackaged and sent back out. I am sure they didnt even check to see if anything was unwrapped. This is not acceptable as covid is still out there and its just plain unsanitary.
This was the world's slowest sonic. The very young girl who was working there said the only had 3 people. One to cook, one for the drive thru and one to help. She said there was no manager or supervisor at all. My kid and I stopped there on our way home from a fun day out and he wanted sonic. We were the third car in line. We ordered two cheeseburgers, one too, one fry, and two drinks. It took us and 15 minutes just to place the order. Then after we ordered it was another 25 minutes before we got our food. I totally understand staffing difficulties but this was compounded by lack of training and leadership.when we finally left there must have been 20 cars in line. I rolled down my window and suggested to them the go elsewhere and shared my 40 minute cheeseburger story.
Wow...have they ever gone downhill. And no need to call them to let them know of an issue...they don't seem to care. Ate there on Feb 17...got 4 meals for family and a friend...3 shakes tasted like they used rancid milk products...the burgers were fair...the tots and fries were cold. I called the store...no answer...so I called corporate...talked to a customer service agent that was fairly nice...but did nothing but take our story. I told them of the shakes ( not 1...but all 3) that taste of rotten milk and other flavorings. I told them they may want to contact the store and have them shut down the machine before people get sick. That is up to them if they want the liability. That being said...it has now been 10 days and no refund... no coupons...no anything. Got an email to rate their service though. You used to be one of my favorites... now... I will tell everyone to avoid you like the plague.. before your establishment...well...gives them the plague.
I'm not certain why the food is always cold. It's been years since I've had an excellent HOT burger or hotdog here.I'll see a commercial, and once or twice a year (in the beginning, I went more than 4 times a week) I'll go, as I did today, only to be disappointed, even the tots were cold and all I did was to pull over into a stall to eat. SIGHThis location has gone through a lot of challenges in the past not counting the pandemic. I suppose I have Covid to thank for the drive-thru only service. The drinks as always were very good.
I waited over 10mins @ the kiosk & 5 minutes @ the drive thru before my order was taken & then my food was very acold cheese burger is very nasty. We pay for hot food not cold never will return to the McDonough ga location.
The drive thru on a Sunday afternoon was long. It took maybe 30-40 minutes to even place my order. They didn't have onions rings, which I was craving. That was the reason I drove there, but the Sonic cheeseburger was delicious & so was the crispy chicken sandwich! Definitely want to come back for the onions (if they have) & maybe a milkshake with my cheeseburger!
This location has a damaged order kiosk so it looked like it was broken and I also missed it as I drove in to place my order. The food was decent however it took 5 minutes just to get our drinks and my fries were ice cold and they delivered the food to us first before the drinks so i cant even say they left them in the bag too long while they made the limeaide. Also, I asked for a hot dog combo and they automatically gave me the chili cheese dog, which was far salter than we should have been eating when what we wanted was the standard all American. I don't often eat Sonic so that one was partly.on me for assuming they would ask since you have two options on the board for the same combo.
We came here late for our quick dinner. Most items were okay. The fires were clearly recycled oil. And they clearly forgot the drink. Wish we noticed that sooner
Avoid avoid. I know there is a worker shortage but to wait 30+ minutes and not even get the order right at all is just poor service. We should have left when they said they didn't have onion rings. The fries and tots were cold, corn dogs missing but not hot when actually brought to window, double burgers were singles and cold. Complete waste of money. And we usually love Sonic. Hope they get back on track at some point.
