I always order before leaving the house, and my order is always ready on the counter for pick up. The App is amazing, I always look forward to my $2 off coupon. The staff at this location are the best.
Great smoothies terrible customer service not sure if this young man was having a bad day or what but wasn't greeted upon entering the store and we had a waiting contest until he decided to finally say something to me to place my order
I come every night around 7, the service has declined tremendously. The wait time for an online order has backed up to 20 plus minutes. The kids are playing only assisting walk in customers. Extreme attitude when you let them know your order is wrong.
Outstanding customer service! I ordered 5 smoothies via my Smoothie King App for delivery and only 3 were delivered to my workplace (I had to go pick up the other 2 that were left behind). Even though it was the Door Dash delivery driver's error, Smoothie King made it right by crediting the delivery fee, service fee & the driver's tip along with 2 coupons for Free Smoothies. I am very impressed with this company!! Their smoothies are DELICIOUS!! Thank you Smoothie King McDonough!!
The smoothies were great, the service not so much. A "hello" or "thank you" to your paying customers goes a long way. It would be understandable if they were understaffed, but I was the only customer in the store and there were three workers. The time I visited the Stockbridge location, the smoothies were yummy and the staff was friendly and why I returned. I guess best to stick to that location.

My family orders Smoothies every Friday from the McDounough, Ga store. This is the first time I have a complaint. One of the Smoothies was sweeter than normal and one could not be consumed it tasted so bad. We order the same thing each week . Mango Fest and 2 Metabolism Boost. One MB was sweet and the other well... It went down the drain it was so bad. Tried to call but mailbox full. Very disappointed customer.
Really good smoothies! I love the peanut power plus and my son loves the banana boat because it tastes like banana split. I like that they are open till 9 pm. Very clean store and friendly service.
I Went There On Christmas Eve...Just Recently..And The Women Closed 15 Minutes Early...When They Were Supposed To Close At 5...She Said They Were Told To Close Early...How??? When You Just Had A Customer...And At 4.15 I Called To Place My Order Before I Came And She Said They Were Not Taking Orders...If You Knew Y'all Were Going To Close 15 Minutes Early...You Could Have Had My Smoothie Ready And Done...I Drove Far Just To Get That Smoothie....And Now I'm Going To Drive Farther...And Never Spend My Money At This One Again...
We went in today on 9/18/21 for the first time and the girl on the register wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable about the smoothies. She seemed like she didn’t want to answer any of my questions about the smoothies, then she turned away from us and stated talking to a coworker like we wasn’t there. I told her that’s okay we won’t be ordering and drive down to Planet Smoothie by Hardee’s. It was our first time there too at Planet Smoothie and we received excellent customer service. Smoothie King needs to retrain your employees on knowing the items and customer service.
