Tried it for the 1st time and was extremely pleased. The young gentleman at counter was pleasant and helpful. I originally came in with the intention of just getting a salad to go. I ended up ordering a smoothie as well. The salad looked so good that I sat right there and ate it. It was delicious and I’m full! The smoothie was also delicious and perfect. Will definitely be back
I came in looking for a good post-workout smoothie and got nothing but great service and a great smoothie. 10/10 . I will definitely be coming back!

Context wouldve been better. His shots time also made it hard for us to be waited on by another worker since he decided to do it right next to the register.Taste: had the nae nae smoothie. The smoothie was awesome but the turkey burger was processed meat, cold, didn’t melt the cheese… disgusting, never again! The owner told me the burger was fresh made and cooked…. He lied!!! Stay away from the turkey burger!!

Great family/black owned business in McDonough! Smooth n Groove had a lot of great options from smoothies, smoothie bowls, fresh pressed juices, and food options. The owner Keon was super friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect post-workout grab n go. Even the kids enjoyed it! Would highly recommend - can’t wait to go back!
I'm giving this place a 2 as I walked in and I was not greeted in fact I was walked pass twice. Looks like it was only 1 guy working. I had to say hello do I order here for him to even acknowledge my presence. Then I asked for a smoothie and they didn't have honey. How do you run out of an important item for smoothie bowls? Outside of the sub par service the place looks really nice and clean and the smoothie was good eventhough I had to put my own honey on it.Update: I came back to give this place a second chance 3/19. Again they didn't have what you are supposed to have to make a bowl. No banana or granola. I will find a new place to go I tried to support black business but this is ridiculous.
