Shane’s Rib Shack. The ribs were trash. Very tough. Not well prepared and for what they cost someone should have put more effort into preparing then. I will never try these again from any of the establishments. But please for the next customer step up you quality or take them off the menu. Waste of time and money. SMH
My smoked chicken wings weren't fresh today. Tasted old and had a funny taste today. Normally they're pretty good, but not today. Hope I don't get sick.
I remember when this place opened.. unfortunately now to be called a ribs place is a joke. Gummy cheap rib meat. They used to give you a big salad as a side. It's a cup of brown lettuce now. The wings were a saving grace, but they've downsized to sickly dollar store wings recently. The coke products are ok.. Be sure to try the salt covered frozen fried okra.
The food is really hit or miss. It used to always be really good but now more often than not it's alright. Last time we ate there my whole family got sick ?
We love Shane's!! We have friends that take it back with them to Florida when they visit. They popped up when I was in highschool and I've eaten there for years ... Love you guys
We ordered dinner from the original location in McDonough. I ordered the traditional wings lemon pepper because they were good the last time I ordered them. Well this time they were not extra crispy and tasted as though the wings were old or leftover from the previous day and just thrown in the microwave then tossed in lemon pepper sauce. Quite disappointing which means they are not consistent with the quality of the food. I should have taken them back but I was too tired to travel back out on a Friday night. What a bummer. Just disappointed. The quality of the food should be top priority because that is what I’m paying for. Heck, if I wanted leftovers I could have gone to my refrigerator and saved my money?

Placed app curbside order at 7:43. App stated order was completed at 7:59. Sitting outside waiting after checking in till about 8:30. Called inside and was told it takes 20 mins to make the burger and it's on the way. However what I received wasn't a fresh hot burger it was a room temperature burger that was sitting there all this time because obviously someone made a mistake. Yet no apology or admission and on top of that it was lacking pickles and I am an extra pickle type girl . Times is money, be courteous enough to tell the customer the truth .
Love we can do curbside. Kinda miss the porch eating though. Hope it comes back soon!
Usually the service is quick and the food is good.....I just wish they would repair the 2 potholes in the parking lot coming off of Hwy 155. No other complaints! Thank you ladies for spending your days outside serving the community!
