Food sucked tonight! The tenders were as small as boneless wings, half sauced, and we asked for 6 and we received 4. Salad tasted disgusting. Bread was burnt. Okra was burnt. Boneless wings don't taste cooked all of the way either. Normally have a good experience here, but tonight was a disappointment.
My boyfriend placed an order on line. Went to pick it up they said they didnt have an order for Scott Morrow, I told them to check under Lori, they told me they didnt have that either. I went back in and told them to check under Jeffrey Scott Morrow and they did have that order, before leaving I checked for the peach cobbler which was not in the bag , got home and the baked beans were not in the bag also, the fries were cold with no seasoning at all. I have never had service like this before at this location. Very poor customer service. Will not be going back!!
Really love their smoked wings! I add hot teriyaki to them and it's just amazing flavors combined with the smokiness. Really love the peach tea too!
I love this Shane's. Always great food and great friendly staff. I love the swings and dining area outside for those nice cool evenings. I love that this Shane's is open for dine or takeout.
The older lady who took my order didn’t even smile at me. I ordered the Mega Meal; the ribs didn’t taste fresh, I’m not sure when they were cooked. The young lady who brought out my order was friendly to me, and she was smiling.Baby Back RibsChop PorkMac & CheeseBaked Beans

I don't know what happened but I just ordered Shane's. We got 20 wings and they are smaller than my finger. they cost about a dollar a wing. I've never seen wings this small! I have to say, I won't be back until the wings get bigger.
We just got home with our food after ordering online. We got the loaded buffalo fries ($8) the fries had a small drizzle of buffalo sauce and barely any cheese like not even enough to cover one layer of the fries and no ranch at all on the fries or on the side. We also got a pork plate and a pork sandwich asked for our respective sauce and extra and we're told it would be in the bag and we got a total of 2 sauces for the entire meal. Just not the quality I expected for a $50 meal.
I got the pork bbq sandwich it was good but the Mac and cheese was gross.
I had a call in order and get there and pay for my order and then wait and wait while others come in and order and get served their food while I am still waiting.Finally, ask what the hold up is and get told they only have 1 person working the kitchen. WTH
