We had an awesome experience despite the previous comments. The employee had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable being it was our first time there. The manager was really nice, I didn't particularly like my ice cream choice, she recommended another flavor (which was phenomenal) and let me change at no charge! We were also able to buy candy and add to our ice cream if we wanted. I will be returning. ??
was looking forward to getting some ice cream didn't go to brusters because Scoops was supposed to be open till ten. well it was closed and was told it's still winter hours when its spring. Wasted trip. ill go to brusters for now on. and im telling all my friends not to come. like you care anyway
Love this place. My kids and I go regularly. Always friendly neighbors there. Clean and the icecream is really good.
The decor is every child's dream come true, sweet treats everywhere! The ice cream selection is pretty average. Great place if you want to give your child a Hallmark movie ice cream experience.

I have been to Scoops several times over the past couple of years and obviously there has been a change in management. She is not friendly and didn't jump in to help the other workers when they were slammed, she was on her phone. I feel sorry for the other employees there trying their best.
I order from scoop all the time. My son and I eat there all the time. I order off DoorDash with scoops and they didn’t even have my complete order. I was missing the most expensive item and when I called they said that somebody received my order but didn’t anything help to the situation. My DoorDasher had to go back.
Love this place great customer service but they closed from what I know a hour early tonight me my husband and three other couples walked up to the door at the same time just to be turned away the door was locked and there where three employ inside one shook their head when we knocked and tried to make contact the door clearly states they close at ten pm which means they are false advertising they lost business/profits and disappointed multiple parties im unsure if management will take note of this issue or if it’s ran by kids but just a fyi and honest review.
Excellent experience at Scoops.The family and I just happen to walk by and decided to go in.To me it has the feel of a store you want to find in a small town square. ( I know McDonough isn't a small town anymore lol) But it just seems like something that fits in.The service was goodThe prices was actually really reasonable.They have candy also which the kids lovedThere are a few places to sit but we just grabbed and went.I had a milk shake and it wasn't too thick and easy to drink even with a smaller sized straw.I would definitely take the kids back!
