Today was my first day visiting this restaurant. I was so excited to try the food, it was good. However, as me and my spouse was walking up to the front to pay, one of the staff immediately rushes us to the counter, assuming we were probably going to just walk out. I then told one of the other workers “she doesn’t have to be so rude, I was going to pay” all she did was smile. I felt so profiled here, to the point where I would NEVER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANY “COLORED AFRICAN AMERICAN” to come because when you get up to pay they will assume you’re walking out the door. They need a reality check and fast, because that is not something good to do to people. You don’t treat people like that, and expect business. Give people a chance to hang themselves, don’t just expect everyone to do wrong!
The experience that my family & I had could have been better. The food was good, employees friendly & quick to be at your table for whatever (clear plates, top up on drinks etc) but they need to stop being so cheap with the A/C!! It must have been 80+° in there & the temps outside were 100°, literally!! B/c of that I'm only giving them 3 stars
How can I put this lightly ? This was one of the worst experiences at a buffet style restaurant I had the displeasure of going to. The waiter’s attitude was as bland and repulsive as their collard greens by not only rushing us to pay while on our second plate but also standing next to our table yelling over our food to other employees, extremely unprofessional if you ask me. But to top it all off the icing on this unfortunate cake the waiter in question stood over the table as we paid and as we were gathering our things to leave, slides the recipe back over to us demanding a tip all while blocking the walkway from my seating to the exit and the preventing me from leaving all while rude remarks were made after finally squeezing past her. I definitely will not be returning ever again ?
The service is great, the selection is great, the food tastes great, the Hibachi is my favorite and the gentlemen cooks it exactly the way I love every single time. The servers and hostesses have always been nice and friendly. We've gone during dinner time which is $14.99 per adult after 3 pm if I remember correctly. Children 3 and up also have to pay. We have loved it every time we've dined in. Keep up the good work!
They had a good selection of food. It was good. However I was displeased with my service of my waiter. She was more interested in how much she was gonna be tipped and kept rushing to tables that were leaving as if to see if she had been tipped. She never came to ask us for refills or anything. She only showed back up when it was time for us to leave and looked at my ticket to see how much her tip was before she even said anything. I always tip 20 percent and above and I didn't like the fact that I tipped her 20 percent for what I felt was poor service.
Tried it for the first time today and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and the food was great! I don't like a lot of vinegar in my sushi rice, and theirs had the perfect amount.Might want to move the sweet cheese rolls to the dessert bar, but they were positively addictive.Will absolutely be coming again!

Food was overall great. But the sushi had a nasty smell... It was poorly prepared. The fish had cuts in it and it had smelled horrible. The dessert bar has mold in it. They cut the molding piece off and put back on the bar.
I wouldn't even give it one star last night. Everything on the buffet with cold and you know it's bad when cutie has better egg rolls.. just saying ?For the price dollars everything needs to be cooked fresh and should be hot.I'll never be back again and I love Chinese food ?
We're transplants to Georgia from Virginia. For months, we were disappointed with our eating out experiences, until we found Sakura's. Fresh oysters on the bar, great hibachi, and wonderful soups that aren't greasy. Wonderful customer service, clean, and well-stocked. We eat here @ least once a week. Costs a little more than their competitors, but definitely worth the few extra dollars :)
