The food was prepared well, the restaurant clean, and the overall atmosphere pleasant; however, under the guise of humor, the waiter was insulting, and one member of our party had to point out that the fish on his order had been left out. Otherwise, I would have given Five Stars.
I have had lobster pizza at several restaurants, even upscale. Today, for the first time, we had the lobster pizza at Red Lobster; it was so delicious. It was loaded with seafood and cooked to perfection. It came out a little late, but it was still warm. Imani was great; she was patient with a beautiful smile.
Wish I could Leave no stars. Made a large family order on 2/18/22 for pickup and got home everything was cold due to the fact they packed everything in one bag so full it was coming out the top.I guess they don’t understand on pickup orders or any orders for that fact the bag should only be full so far that it can still tightly close easily to hold in the heat, etc.I mean if a second paper bag is going to make or break you then likely you should shut the doors now.
My experience was vey terrible I waited on a carry out for over 40 minutes while management stood behind me gossiping . When I finally received my order and got to work I had a well done steak, I ordered medium well, my stuffed mushrooms consisted of 3 mushrooms with very little DC MIX, I asked for extra cheese on my salad & received NONE. To top it off I put a tip on my bill prior to me getting my food… I want my whole 30.00 back cus my service sucked to…

Update: cleaner, they forgot my ice cream. Luckily I had some. My chicken alfredo was great. The restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. Hire a professional cleaning company and replace that nasty carpet.
First, JORDAN is AMAZING! She is easily one of the sweetest and most attentive servers I've ever had. She nailed our order perfectly and checked on us multiple times before and after our food came. The food was hot and tasted great. Had a great experience.
Curbside service is great. The money you spend is well worth it because of the large quantity of food you get. I highly recommend ordering a family meal online, and picking it up there.

My order was received and shortly afterward, I received my food fresh and hot from the kitchen.
