Rude employee at store.. called to tell them they sent wrong item which was supposed to be a gallon of tea, they decided 2 large cups was the same & sent it with ice.. u can’t save tea with ice in it for later with ice in it waters it down guru’s. They said it was all they had then hung up? 7.79$ for 2 large teas? Do your math 2 large teas are not the same as a gallon omg

Horrible customer service , employees and manager with bad behavior , don’t go to this place . Bad experience , I will never return . Food was so bad , I asked the manager to return or exchange , and she said no .

Horrible and disrespectful employees

I always go inside to order and the food is pretty decent. They always have a long drive through so I go inside. The male manager always does his best to get people in and out but his staff sometimes acts confused. Maybe they are new or training.

Drive thru was slow and unprofessional management. The speaker was on so you can hear all the conversations between employees "That smells good girl". "Welcome to Popeyes". The gaps in the line should have been a good indicator that my order would be prepared incorrectly. I purchased the family meal 1/2 spicy and 1/2 mild with two sides and large fries. Arrived home prepared to eat and no biscuits and cold chicken and fries. I called immediately and ask for the Manager. Same cashier in drive thru answers the phone for the Manager Ms.G. spoke briefly and she turned the phone over back to the cashier and heard the complaint and immeditelty blamed the packer and not the order checker. The cashier that took my order heard the complaint and wrote it down on the receipt as acting manager. Cashier asked was I bringing it back tonight and only wanted to fill the missing biscuits and overlook the cold items or redoing the order over. I'm sure this is a local in-store decision and not policy. I was already home, so I will warm up a piece of chicken and one red beans and some fries and bring the order back tomorrow. The cashier acting as mediator relayed my info to Ms. G the manager.Next evening returned the chicken back minus what was warmed up - chicken and uneaten fries. Another Manager took the bag and opened up the bag and counted the chicken and inspected the bag for the missing chicken and fries on the server line. She did make it obvious that she sanitize and not wash her hands and that would be sufficient after touching the chicken. While I'm waiting inside another customer is bringing their food back. I asked, "Popeyes got your order wrong too?" and they took her food back behind the serving line also to count and complete her order from Drive Thru on 7pm shift. I'm sure she didn't throw the order in trash, but continued working from front counter to back serving line and didn't sanatize or wash hands after taking 2nd wrong order back.My food was prepared with biscuits this time, but said the fries would not be replaced because they were not written down on the receipt by cashier. I spoke with the new manager again, who claim no responsibility this is Popeyes' chicken and not hers. If Popeyes workers would have prepared my order correctly, you would have never seen me today. Even accused me of being argumentative and disrespect for asking another customer if they got their order wrong too on your shift? Now the acting manger/cashier attempts to give me a small fry and said the fries were not on the list for remake. Ma'am, you wrote it down and probably forgot the fries like you forgot the biscuits. Your Manager even touched the brought back fries. Now.... you are asking for an argumentative person or just refund my money. I'm not going to argue about some $2 fries when my order was $30 and No Ma'am I do not want those extra small fries after touching someone brought back food. So please don't stop at this Popeyes and save yourself the hassle. It will be worth the drive to another location away from McDonough.

Ordered a chicken box and asked please no breast. I'm paying my money so I feel that's not am unreasonable request. They tell me I can't make that request... Since when Popeyes? Bojangles it is for now on.

Asked for a spicy 3 piece combo with a breast, leg, and a thigh. Got a wing instead of a breast, the chicken was old, and the pieces were so tiny they looked as if they came from a quail. Did not receive a receipt for an order number. This happened February 5, 2022 at approximately 6:55.

Disappointed with this location and will not be back. This location currently does not offer dine-in, so I went through the drive-through. I wanted tenders but was told they were not making any more, so I asked for a 3-piece dark chicken with a large fry. I ended up with a breast, wing, leg and maybe 30 fries that were way over cooked. The tea was very hot (freshly brewed), but it seemed no ice was added to the cup. I give them one star because this is the second time they didn't have tenders at this location

I don’t know why I have to have the worst Popeyes where I live. The line is always long. Takes forever to get through it. Order is always wrong and tonight on a Saturday night, it is 9:08 and they literally are closing because they are out of everything. I got the last 4 pieces of chicken and bitterly shrimp. Too bad we had to go to Taco Bell next door to get the rest of the family some food. This is just sad. I can’t believe the management and owner allows this to happen.

This is the WORST Popeyes ever. From management being rude to never having chicken in stock. They’re always out of chicken. You can get tenders and shrimp instead. Give me a break. It’s easy for me to NEVER return.
