We ordered at 5:09pm. Confirmation email said 50-60 minutes. At 5:32 received a text that it was on the way to our home. That’s the last communication we received. At 6:43 I called to find out where my food was. No answer on the existing order queue. I called back to ‘order’ explained the situation and was transferred to a number that just rang. Again no answer. I called a 3rd time to the ‘order’ queue confirmed who I was and told them this was a courtesy call because I didn’t want to waste the driver’s time. I advised we no longer wanted the pizza and expect a full refund.
I had ordered from here last night and the pizza tasted like it was a week old and like cardboard.... I called them, they told me that they don't care.... this morning I called corporate and they was very disrespectful and said that there is nothing they would do about it.... to any one that read this u are better off going to domino's or papa John's or what pizza store is close to you.... I will never order from here again....
I was craving thin crust pizza and I tried to order a pizza at the Bill Gardner store 15 mins before closing and they said no because it was too late. This store happily took my order 10 mins before closing and had the door open when i got there to pick up my pizza. Friendly service/kind staff!
Two stars because the staff is great… however, there is something wrong with how they’re making their pan pizza. The bottom was like cardboard smh. It was horrible.
Do not buy from here! I ordered over $50 of pizza and received horrible pizza and service. The manager Michelle was rude, disrespectful and did nothing to make the order right. I was told that they did not have enough drivers. They won't answer my calls and when they do, they hang up the phone. With Dominoes, Papa John's and others out there, pizza hut at this location has got to do better.
Love this Pizza Hut! The staff is great we have awesome conversations every time I go!. Every time I order it’s like I’m going to visit friends lol. The guy with the tattoos on his face (didn’t catch his name) is fantastic!! Great customer service skills.
We ordered pizza today from this Pizza Hut. My husband called back to address this dry pizza issue and they hung up in his face. We asked for extra sauce on all 5 of our pizzas. This pizza is supposed to be a pan pizza and it looks like a hand tossed. It lacked the buttery crust.... it tasted like cardboard. Our kids were hungry so we tried to deal with it?. I worked at Pizza Hut before I joined the service. I am well aware of how pan pizza is supposed to be prepared. Clearly you are not leaving the dough in the proofer long enough nor are you putting the required oil needed to absorb The Buttery flavor in a pan pizza. I am disappointed
Ensure that pizzas are made to recipe. Bring back the old style buttery, crispier crust. The service was very good though.
I ordered 3 pizzas. The cheese pizza was completely burnt. I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza and it was basically thin crust and hard. I even had to pay extra to get a pan pizza and it definitely was not pan. I order from here often and the fast few times I have ordered it has been awful. The pizzas are either burnt or have little to no toppings on it.
2nd bad visit in a row. Orders were VERY backed up. The woman at the register was almost in tears. The woman pulling the pizzas was having a meltdown. Pizzas were all burnt and she was cursing at everyone and stated that she was not going to kill herself for "this" company. Most people were getting refunds. They said that my pizzas would take 15 mins longer. For some reason, it took an additional 45 mins to get our 2 pizzas and bread. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour AFTER my original pickup time.. We love Pizza Hut but probably will not be back after multiple bad experiences.
