Absolutely horrible experience. Placed my order through the website at 6:50 and estimated delivery was at 7:37. I got a text saying door dash would be delivering my order, the Pizza Hut store called me at 7:30 to tell me that they were out of Pepsi so I chose another drink. After Door Dash getting lost and me talking with them on the phone, I finally got my food dropped off at my door without a knock at 8:15 and I'm missing my drink. I called the store and told the lady that answered and she said that the driver left it on the counter. I asked if they were going to deliver it and she said no because I ordered through door dash and I can come pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I placed an order 6:30 p.m. I received a message the pizza was on its way 656 p.m. after the pizza not arriving by 8:05 p.m. I reached out to the location and the line was disconnected I called again and ask to speak with the manager the woman said her name was Tiffany I explained the situation she said my pizza was still there had not been picked up I questioned being that I received a text the food was on its way her and another girl began to laugh as she said do you want me to give you your money back before I could respond she said hold on and set the phone down I could hear everything going on in the background as I was ignored I hung up after 15 minutes and called back again ask to speak to a manager Tiffany said she was not aware of my situation as if I did not just call less than 2 minutes prior when I reminded her of our conversation she said oh yeah I was going to issue you a refund I told her how offended I felt and she proceeds to over and over say I'm sorry I'm sorry continuously I then ask her if there was a supervisor above her present and what was her name again she said Tiffany and hung up. In 40 years of my life I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded in customer service for my needs not being met and lack of customer service attention to detail in any regards. Pizza Hut is this your standard? I expect a response I will post this on every platform available it is disgusting to think of pain consumer who patiently waits to feed her children after working all day given a time frame of 45 to 55 minutes then to be disregarded with the oh well attitude and hung up on is in a management position in your company. This is a reflection of you and your company I would like to know how it's going to be handled. Not the mission I thought Pizza Hut stood for. " We take pride in making a perfect pizza and providing courteous and helpful service on time all the time."

This location does not deserve a 1 star. Never have I had this type of poor customer service from a staff member or member of management at any other pizza hut. I had to make a special trip to cancel this online order because I never received the order and received a text stating it was delivered. I also had to ensure $64.44 would be credited back to my account. When I arrived At the store The manager intentionally did not acknowledge me while waiting. But It provided me with an opportunity to witness several phone cancellations due to the same reason of my cancellation. I attempted to cancel over the phone but felt unsure it would be cancelled accordingly. Because on the phone call they confused me with someone else's order while not responding to my call that I never received my online order. Because they tried to gaslight me through rudely talking over me instead of listening, I had to ask them several times to please listen in the store and when I contacted them initially over the phone. At the store the store manager Stephanie was told by her staff to cancel my order. The manager Stephanie walked away yelling cancel that order and returned and never addressed me. When she did she tried to gaslight me again stating she didn't know why I was there with an attitude. I tried to explain to her to cancel an online order I never received. She the manager Stephanie continued to try and fast talk me while talking over me really showing me she could care less. She never apologized for the non receipt of the online order or for the inconveniences. Instead said it was not their fault. When she said she would cancel I left but returned to request a receipt showing a cancellation. When I asked for a receipt of the cancellation she Stephanie said she could not and that the store does not provide receipts for cancellations. Another gaslight. She Stephanie asked me if I could come back at midnight for a receipt. I told her NO then she said she will text me the receipt around midnight or after because that was the only time she could. I did feel their actions was to provoke unruly behavior to make the customer look bad in an effort to validate their own unprofessional behavior towards the customer "gaslighting". I was extremely Inconvenienced through the non delivery of a $64.44 onlineorder, through extremely poor customer service and extremely poor management skills. The ratings are horrible for this Pizza Hut. My fault for not looking at the reviews prior to my experience. As a black woman What saddens me is the poor representation of black management not seriously taking these reviews of such poor customer service at this location that she manages. She really presented herself with an I could care less attitude while placing the overall blame on Pizza Hut for contracting door dash delivery. She never took any accountability for their role in not listening or to at least offer an apology or express a genuine customer service concern to make the experience better. She just laughed it off with staff and another customer and said I had an attitude. She presented herself as the last say so and she's in charge so whatever. The overall attitude of management and their staff appears to be taking advantage of the location and it's patrons who patronize this specific Pizza Hut location. I was visiting family but I will never patronize this specific Pizza Hut ever again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!. Ordered my food at 6pm on a Thursday, it arrived at 945pm. Not only did it arrive late I got someone else's order. When I called the manager(a female) was already aware of the situation but did not reach out to me to correct the situation. She stated that she would remake the order and expedite it. I ended up getting my ordered delivered 20 mins before closing and it was COLD AND HARD. Manager said she would refund me its been a week and STILL NO REFUND to this date! I would never go back!!

Pizza was made incorrectly went back inside had another pizza made incorrectly after waiting 15 minutes. Asked for a refund cause i didn’t have time to wait the woman was rude and also never received my refund back on my card

TERRIBLE. they should be shut down. I don't see how they stay in business. No one cares enough to update the site to inform consumers"the ones that keep the business running"that the only service they can offer is taking phone orders and making the pizza THATS IT THATS ALL. and YOU need to come get the food.Costumer service is worse than TRASH. I waited 2 hrs with hungry kids and Noone has my order nor called but I was charged $79.. Makes me wonder How clean they really are.if they cant do simple tasks like updating a site or calling to say we don't have a driver,, they probably aren't cleaning properly or even Following safety protocols when preparing food. Zero stars is fitting for this facility

No drivers are available to deliver online orders. If this is an ongoing issue which I read that it has been, you should update the website to let customers know that only pick up is available so that this does not occur; I did get a call after the fact that I already had paid and then given 10 minutes to call if I want to pick up and when you call the phone keeps on ringing and when they finally answer they put you on hold and when they pick up again just to tell you that they have canceled your order. And to top it off, this pizza hut has the worst services and rude employees. They deserve 0 stars.

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza spot other than specific restaurants in NY. I love the company, but my marianara sauce was forgotten with my order of breadsticks this last time !

No drivers available to deliver online order. Would love to see better coordination between store and website so that this does not occur especially when most businesses are staffing shortages. Hated that they processed the payment before I could be notified of the unavailable driver issue.
