LOVE THIS place!!! Such great food. The cheese dip with the japalinos in it is amazing. Huge portions and very high quality food. So good I went 2 days in a row!
We always experience quick service, their chips and queso are really good. Their salsa isn't my fave, but it's still good. I feel like it could use a little more flavor. The Pollo Asado is a great dish. The wait staff is always very friendly. I would recommend this spot!
Long time customer here that was not pleased tonight. Won a music bingo prize on last visit, tied with another person. Was told by the manager that the next time we returned that they would pay for our drinks. Talked to server, manager came over and we explained, he said that he would pay for the drinks. It was only a $6 beer. Bill came and drink was charged. Asked the server and told him that the manager approved it. He comes back and says that they could not take it off. Needless to say, I was just fine with spending $65 on the food and drinks that we consumed. It is just the principle…People that honor their word means a lot to a customer that is in their establishment at least once a month over the past 10 years. I will be driving from now on to another mexican restaurant. Disappointed
The fruit medley on the kids menu contains a lot of whole grapes, which most may find to be a choking hazard... I wish they had been served already cut in half so I didn’t have to do it myself. The Pedro’s Poblanos that I had were a bit mushy despite being fried and lacked acidity, I liked the rice more than the main dish. I would have loved if the peppers were a bit firmer so that I could cut and eat them but they just slid around my plate until I gave up. My margarita was perfect. We come here for the kids who love the chips with cheese dip and fried ice cream.
Great friendly service to compliment good Mexican cuisine. Pedro’s menu is extensive. A pleasant surprise for north McDonough.

My go to place for Mexican cuisine in McDonough. The staff is friendly and personable. Food is good and affordable.
Was so very packed, we had a nice spot in the back though. Server was nice and attentive. Food came out quickly despite the crowds. Overall good time. Food looked great. I was jealous of my friends Food which looked amazing. I basically had the fish bowl and it really good. Didn't leave a crumb! Lol thanks for giving us a nice place for drinks and eats to celebrate an occasion!
If I could leave no stars I would. I went to the bar and received very bad customer service. She was dismissive of my presence and my order. Her demeanor was reflecting I was a waste of her time. So after the end of my experience I opted out of tipping. Two days later I find I was charged a 40% tip charged to my order. Please be aware of this. The manager defended her actions after I addressed it.
This was my 1st time going. Dinner with my parents. The atmosphere was great. The place was full of patrons but you weren't on top of each other. Social distancing with ease. The chips were fresh right out of the fryer. My bonus mom had the veggie fajita, my dad thr island fish grill and I had the street tacos.Flavorful and plentiful. Had to take some home.It is definitely on my return list. Will take photos next time
