This Papa Johns restaurant just raised the bar of excellence for the fastest delivery of the freshest food from any restaurant, ever. I placed an online order at 7:30 p.m. and received a notice that the order would be delivered in FIFTY EIGHT (58) minutes which, while slow, saved us a trip and was absolutely fine...IF it arrived on time. Not only did the food arrive on time, it was at the door SEVENTEEN (17) minutes later. The pizza couldn't have been hotter or more tasty if we had been sitting in the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, as was the still warm pan of chocolate brownies (I know, I know...pizza and brownies). After experiencing horrible service from the Papa Johns restaurants in Jackson (Hwy 16 at I-75) and Locust Grove (Tanger Blvd), it's nice to see that at least one franchisee has their act totally together and is providing great food and fantastic service!

AMAZING SERVICE, KIND STAFF. There was a kid making the pizzas with black hair and glasses. That greeted the customers with a smile. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK.

I get delivery most of the time and they are always on time awesome delivery drivers and pizza is always warm!

I love Papa Jeans. The pizza is so good and tasty ?. Kaleb was so gentle and kind, and he definitely deserves a raise for the phenomenal customer care he gave me

Great staff, order is always made within 20 minutes or less, and the food is always awesome! Not once have I ever had an issue here

That was the worse pizza ever. The cheese pieces were up against the crust with all the sauce and were not melted. I do not plan on ordering anything anytime soon. Also, since the drivers don't get the $3.99 delivery fee, please justify why you felt it necessary to go up a dollar. Also, why have all the prices gone up at least a dollar?

This may be the best Papa John's I have ever had. It was really good, fresh, and on time. The only downfall is there is absolutely NO parking at this location, I mean zero if you go anytime after 4pm or weekends because of the Mexican restaurant in the same location, that by the way is not even good.

I give a 5 for the pizza alone. Was the best pizza I think I have ever had. As for ordering, I seem to get same person every time (3) so far, and always making me hold on while she checks on every question I ask. It just takes too much time just to order a pizza.

The staff has always been very friendly and the pizza has always been great
