Bailey and and guy that I spoke to that is supposed to be a manager there were completely rude and not friendly at all. I placed an order online/paid online and online said that the store was closed when it really wasn’t and that my order would be ready the next day and i could pick up then. I called the store to notify them of this and to inquire about receiving a refund or getting my pizza made right then. A young lady put me on hold to ask for help with the situation, and never came back for me. I hung up and called back and the young lady that was initially helping me answered and said she couldn't see the order. So once I asked for a refund, she said no worries & they would make it for me and I was all set. Long story short, we double paid and they were rude about refunding us. The manager the next day was even worse and acted as if i was bothering him. We will NEVER go to this location again. They need ALL new staff, because they are unprofessional and horribly rude.
Poor Poor customer service. This location didn't want to give me what I paid for. Manager was not accommodating. Will never order from here again.
Horrible service order at 5:30 driver showed up at 6:55 an hour 20 minutes later and had NO pizza !! Claims he left it at the store !! Customer service to get a refund was ridiculous and had to argue to get e refund for the pizza we NEVER got !! Mgr Alison couldn’t even be bothered to come to the phone

Called to place a order and the guy could not speak clear English. Told me that it would be over a hour on hafe even of we pick it up.We went to anpther pizza place..
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called Papa johns at Westridge twice to do orders for my company. The first time they was out of dough the second Time they could not do it either. I called Dominos they had no problem. Please go there.
5 stars for Bailey! I had some issues with my order and she displayed top notch customer service. I wish every manager had her level of professionalism! Papa better watch his back because Bailey is coming for the throne! She is a light in the dark, a shepherd of sheep, and a strong independent woman! You go girl!
Food was great, customer service was not. Tried curbside pickup, waited 10 minutes outside and ended up sending my kid inside to pick it up.
Worst service ever!! If I could give this location a negative -100 then that’s what they deserve. They brought me a burnt pizza and I called to complain about it and they never offered to make me another one!! I asked for it to be refunded and the manager/Katelynd said that it would be refunded, 4 days later still no refund. I spoke with the General Manager who did not even listen to my concern. If Shaq owns this location then I hope he fires the staff and start over because they are not providing any customer service at all. This location should be closed!!! Go and read all of the negative reviews!!!Why would you give someone a burnt pizza?? Your dog would not eat burnt pizza!!! Customer service is not provided at this location or the location at Racetrack Road!! I will never support Papa John’s again!!!! If you want good pizza or good customer service then you better try somewhere else! The pizza was garbage!!
My issue is not with the pizza but the staff. I don't care if a person is male or female but with this store the person is male and wearing long fake fingernails. I feel that he/she should be wearing GLOVES while handling the pizza dough, because with his nails being long dirt and whatever else accumulates under your nails. THAT IS VERY UNSANITARY AND A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION.
