I ordered 3 pizzas for my family @9:15pm here it is 12:24am and we still don’t have our pizza I called the location and all the manager can say was she had no drivers and it could be however long she don’t know and on top of that didn’t even want to give me some type of discount this is just ridiculous this place has been slowly going down hill and I’ve been a customer for over 9 years plus. Never ever again will I order from here!
I ordered from Keys Ferry location which is right down the road from me. My order was prepared at the Racetrack Road location. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known that would happen. After waiting over an hour I called to check on the order. I was told "it would help greatly if I could come and get it because we have no drivers." If you have no drivers, why in the hell are you taking delivery orders? I cancelled the order!The Racetrack road location needs to be shuttered, the management is incompetent, including Shaq.
Absolutely terrible service, stay away from this place if you want your food on time or at all .. here is what happened. I ordered from the website order gets sent to the closest store at 9:38pm they never updated the tracker so I had no idea what was going on.. I was given an eta of 30-40 minutes. I called spoke to the manager 10:23pm she said food will here soon. (Keep in mind the place is at most 5 minutes away) I called back at 11:10 to see what was going on they said food was “still” on its way (they were very obviously lying) so I canceled the order.. and as of right now I’m still looking for the refund from that purchase. No doubt the worst papa johns on the planet.. sad it’s the closest to me ?.So I guess R.I.P papa johns for the foreseeable future.
This is like the 3rd time I’ve ordered from them and they got the orders switched around. Two completely different addresses and I still ended up with someone else’s order. I ordered a small sandwich and ended up with an extra large pizza.I under stand that switch ups and mistakes can happen, but not everytime.
Order pizza and waited 2 hours once got here if was cold and wrong. Then I called they told me they can resend it but it would take 4 hours waited the 4 hours never got it then I called back i got put on hold so I called from my other phone the manager said that doordash is who brought my food she didn't care a didn't offer to send my food out never go here
Ordered the New York style pizza. It's not! Very little Pepperoni and even less sausage. I asked that crust be a little bit crisp, it wasn't.The edge had burnt crust around the outside edge.Very disappointed!
They have pretty good Service, during Covid they have Been super easy to order with, not a very long wait time, a decent phone whole time so I haven’t been on the phone waiting too long to request an order and they have been very attentive to my needs as a customer , I understand all places at this moment are struggling due to not enough staff but they definitely make it work that’s very commendable of them
This is not the first time we have ordered from this location in the last few months and had either the order missing items or the actual food being not the best.I understand that right now, times are hard, but this location has truly had issues for several years now, even before the pandemic.We always order light sauce. The order tag on the pizza even said light sauce. For the past 3 times we have ordered from here, the sauce has been slathered on as if it said extra.Sometimes the pizzas arrive half sliced.This time, we decided to go for a little extra and get the cookie dessert. In the past, the cookie is always warm and soft. This time, it was clearly burnt and hard as a rock. Why someone would actually think it was okay to send out to a customer is beyond me.
I placed an online order for the special 2 pizzas a specialty pizza and a two toppings pizza. The pizza was delivered to my home close to an hour later. That wasn't the problem..The order was wrong. I received a specialty pizza and a large cheese pizza. I drove to the store. The manager on duty did correct the order but when I told her for the inconvenience of the trip to at least provide a dessert. The Manager on duty proceeds to tell me that she was being nice to remake the pizza as if though it wasn't their fault from beginning. Customer service means a lot and since this store lacks this. I will not be ordering from this store nor any other Papa John's. After all of that the pizza wasn't good!
I have been sitting in this store and everyone is on their phones then touching pizza. Touching money then handling pizza. I haven't seen anyone wash their hands when walking away from their station and returning. I sat in there for 30 min as they had to remake my order twice. I love papa John's but this has possibly changed my mind. I am at the store writing this review observing. Someone needs to be managing their food handling skills.
