Out of everything we ordered and had to change our order to accommodate what they had available. Way way overpriced. Will not return

If I didn’t need somewhere to get work done, I wouldn’t come here. I already stopped eating here after having multiple issues with the food and drinks. Especially if it’s during the evening shift. The evening shift needs better leadership. Customers get left at the counter waiting for someone to take their orders. The crew is loud and you can hear all their inappropriate conversations about who did who, who fought this person, cussing, etc. The Manager (tall, light skin, bigger woman) is just as loud and also goes back and I couldn’t tell she was the manager until I overheard her say it to someone. I was shocked! The next thing I want to talk about is how it appears that the lobby NEVER gets cleaned all the way. The booths are filthy inside (makes me wonder if they have bugs), the tables are always dirty, and the condiment station is right along with it. It’s hardly ever stocked and always has trash everywhere. These are basic things people get paid to do.I’ve only seen ONE employee clean the lobby and he did an awesome job! There is a lady that’s here sometimes. I don’t know if she’s the District Manager or General Manager but I hope she hasn’t given up because it can be fixed! The restaurant industry needs TLC! Please get this location together. Also, the walls look like they may have water damage. The paint is warped and coming off the wall.

Really disappointed, I’m pregnant and it’s my birthday and all I wanted after work was Panera bread.. what a mistake.. I ordered from the table and tipped well, totaling my ticket almost $60 for two people.. but all the staff was very inattentive I guess is the word.. and they were out of everything (pineapples for my salad and all drinks and no cinnamon rolls ) My husband who was with me manages restaurants so i understand how things run out but on a holiday you are out of everything. I did get a refund for my drinks and one girl told me happy birthday so that’s cool i guess.. but overall horrible. Will not be back.I definitely should have chose another place to go, but lesson learned!

I enjoyed my experience with my account managers service, This was my first time buying and investing BTC(BITCOIN), and while there were definitely some missteps on my end, your customer support was excellent and made it all fairly painless, and at the end of everything I got my complete profits. I just tried with a little amount of $500 and just within 7 working days I got a total return of $6,500 I am really grateful ma'am some of your competitors could learn a thing or two from you Mrs Kimberly Louis contact him if you are having difficulties in investing on forex/stock trading. This place is always out of something . Ordered a salad. .they were out of forks; ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich..they were out of BBQ sauce. One time ordered their specialty lemonade..they were out of cups. That trip ordered a salad, they had everything for the salad but the lettuce. One time ordered a sandwich but they were out of ALL of their bread. Food is good...when they have it.

I had the worst experience ever at this Panera Bread location. I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich and bit into a half-broken fork in my sandwich. I lost my appetite and almost threw up. Also, my Margherita Flatbread pizza was hard. This location sucks! I don't think other Panera Bread locations are bad as this one. They need to hire better staffing and check for QUALITY CONTROL as they claimed they do on their app when ordering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONOUGH LOCATION. Very disappointed!

I’ve been going to Panera for well over 15 years, on Briarcliff, Marietta and Kennesaw location but the McDonough location is a disgrace to the Panera brand! The food decent, but the customer service and manageement is horrible. From cold coffee, to grains in it, all coffe dispensers being empty, unpresentable smoothie, dirty tables, bathrooms and I can go on. I was waiting for them to bring me fresh coffee. The first cup was weak, the second cup so was to strong. They never brought honey out. I spilled hot coffee all over my hand from the employee filling it to the top and I burn my hand really bad. There wasn’t any napkins in the dispenser and at that point I left the coffee and the mess because I wasn’t able to clean it up and I was discussed at that point. Earlier of my visit I have to use the lady’s room and there was not tissue and I had to wait 15 minutes before the tissue was put in there.I asked to speak to a manager, she came out and asked the employee who wanted her. He told her the problem, instead of her coming over greeting me to see what the problem was, the black lady with short blond hair just proceeded taking customer and did not acknowledge me. Until this location gets know management and get their staff together I am not sure I’ll be going back like that. I will definitely be calling corporate because this Panera in McDonough on highway is below a 0 and below the normally Panera Bread standards!

Absolutely not! For $20 I got a small cup of soup & a good looking sandwich that smelled & tasted extremely burnt. The idea was to EAT the food, not use it as decor ??

I paid for a full Greek salad w/smoke chicken and received a Greek side salad w/chicken. I have never has service like this before. It was hardly any chicken. I'm not sure what is going one but Panera need to step their game back up for the prices I pay. I which I had taken a picture before I started eating. For 11.01, it needs to be a full salad.

I eat at a lot of Panera Breads and this is one I'll be avoiding from now on. On my last visit every coffee urn was cold. And my sandwich was jammed in the bag so hard it was mushed together. And they're always out of something. Meanwhile the Panera two exits down I-75 has a full menu. It's amazing how different the level of quality can be from one location to the next. This one falls way short of Panera's standards.
