As we walked in, a man said be prepared to wait. It didn’t look too busy, but they were behind the eight ball. They had more places that were empty than had did in them. When we were waiting our turn Super greens came up. I order half rice, half greens. In the mean time, another associate took all the greens. I know this can happen as you accommodate Drive they also, but we paid and stood for another 10 min for my husbands plate to come out. She handed the bag to him and walked away. We then had to stop someone to get soy sauce. We love stopping at Panda while traveling, but this added to much time to our stop.
I enjoy the food, the customer service is fine too, but how can you always be out of soy sauce?! I mean it's literally half the time! McDonald's always has ketchup, taco bell always has taco sauce!
Skimpy with the meat but good food. They don't have plum sauce or any sauce honestly other than teriyaki. A privately owned business that has decided to cut corners on its customers....we know your being cheap!
Ok, it's 7:40 and this place closes at 9. The advertise 10 entrees on the menu, after waiting in line of about 8 cars was told they only had 3 items available. This is unacceptable and very poor management that would let this happen.Do not waste your time we waited over 40 minutes and was blocked in due to curb that traps you in line. I would drive to Mt. Zion in Clayton Co. Where they care about their customers. This place in McDonough sucks ! Never again.I would give ZERO stars if i could.
This Panda Express has great service! Every time i go in the there the bathrooms are clean. I would say the only downfall is because it’s in a populated area expect the drive through wait time to be longer than the usual, but while your waiting also remember that we your food is freshly served and they are catering to the inside as well. :)
I literally went to this location 30 mins after they opened. Why wasn’t my food hot or even a decent temperature? It tasted like it had honestly been sitting for days. And what is up with their grilled teriyaki chicken? It looks like uncooked chicken. So gross. I tried to give this location a 2nd chance but I will continue to go all the way to the Mt. Zion location because they never fail me. Staff is somewhat nice but I just feel like for where this location is at, you would expect better. Guess not. I wish I took a picture of the chicken smh
Love the food but I have gone twice in the past few weeks and both times it was closed! And it was like 7:00 in the evening.
This location used to be consistently good. Now it's just BAD. Meal was incorrect & disgusting. Rice was dry & the chicken teriyaki tasted weird. Of course, no one wants to answer the phone or let you in the lobby. Highly doubt I'll be returning after this visit.
The food was dry in some ways..was not impressed although they were highly recommended
Horrible. We went here way before 6 pm and they had already locked the door. They have multiple signs saying that their drive through was open late… (suggesting that we could order our food through the drive through) then the girl proceeded to tell us she had one egg roll left. If you’re going to run a food business make sure you are stocked on the food that you’re offering. This is just bad.
