I called in my order and let them know when I arrived, like they requested. They actually had the nerve to come out to my vehicle and greet me with a smile and food that was exactly what I ordered. Not to mention it was well insulated, so I didn't have to heat it up when I got home. Who do these people think they are, making me have a pleasant experience when I was feeling down. What restaurant does that?
We had the best server J ( can't remember how to spell it's different but he is military)! The food was hot, salad perfect as always?. The server was the best though. Very polite, checked on us perfectly, and all around AWESOME! BEST SERVICE we have had of anywhere in a long while and we go out often. He could be a great team leader or trainer of many stores! A smile goes a long way! Cudos to that store!
We came in around 8:30 last night. The female manager that was on duty was not friendly at all. She needs to work on her delivery and people skills. Something that should be top notch being that she works in the hospitality industry . The food could’ve been better . Our server was pleasant.
It was to be a celebration 3 years since I recovered from brain surgery. I wanted from my favorite place. I ordered for my daughter, grandson and I. All three meals were unsatisfactory. The food was undercook as well as the soup. With a $80.00 tab and unable to eat any of it.
This is hands down my favorite restaurant ever! The employees are out of this world. The place is always so clean and nice and the food is wonderful! The prices are a little high but it's Olive Garden that's to be expected because the food is just so good! I always have food left over to take home! Love it!
I had given up on Olive Garden years ago because of the last experience that I had. However this particular location has restored my faith and willingness to return. The management ( even though he's a Buffalo bills fan and not a Falcons supporter) the staff everything was exceptional the food.... I can't say enough about it. What I will say is when my family and I make a return trip to Olive Garden it will definitely be this particular location.
Our waiter was on time! He was attentive, courteous, and smiling.Our lunch, in my opinion, was excellent. Food was hot, breadsticks were fresh out of the oven. $$
Sat right down and got served right away at noon on a Friday. Waiter was great! Food fantastic and prices the best! We will be back as all was so good.
The food was good. However, the overall experience was terrible. We waited a long time for salad and bread sticks. Once the entrées arrived, only three of the five were brought out. We waited an additional 15-20 minutes for the remaining two entrées. My husband was told they weren't making anymore coffee for the evening. However, the restaurant was open for another two hours after that. We were charged extra for the asparagus recommended for my son's side when they were out of all other fruit and vegetable options on the kids' menu. We will think twice before going back to theMcDonough, GA location.
I actually want to give ZERO stars. We had an awful experience today.Don't go here if you want to be treated nice and like a person. Our waiter, Jose, was unattentive and acted as if we didn't matter. He failed to bring our breadsticks, our salad came and we had not even gotten out drinks yet. My husband had eaten salad, breadsticks (when they finally arrived), and two bowls of soup and my meal had still not arrived. We only got our drinks after I had to go to the front to ask to get them brought to the table. The customers around us all were waited on efficiently and with care. We finally got my meal as we were getting up from the table to leave. I had had enough. The manager did deduct my meal from the bill and my husband left the correct amount for a tip according to the final charge on our bill. Which was too much considering the horrible service. And then, the smart**s Jose chases my husband out the door to give him back the tip!!! Saying we needed it more than him!!! I hate to say this, but Jose was definitely showing his prejudice towards us. Be it because we are white, or because he thought we were poor, he was and is wrong for treating us the way he did. He was judging us by our appearance. We are good people and do not discriminate against anyone. His attitude is what's wrong with this country. If you want to be treated fairly, you must treat others fairly.
