Place needs to be closed down spent 30 plus dollars for old reheated food. Cinnamon roll hard. Chicken dry beans and Mac and cheese nasty. The Tea was the best thing sad smh. After waiting 35 min in drive thru.
Can someone tell me why this place is open??? The most nastiest chicken I’ve ever tasted in life. Can’t possible be owned by a real cook. I’ve heard so many people ask me have i had this chicken. I just received people in Georgia CANNOT cook.
Delicious fried livers, cooked fresh when you order. SO good. And the sides taste homemade.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This place should be shut down. I went for a chicken biscuit , cinnamon roll, and a drink. The chicken biscuit tasted old. The chicken tasted like it was put in the refrigerator and warmed up. The cinnamon roll was hard as a brick. Lastly, the drink was flat. How can you possibly mess up a soda? I was told I could not get my money back. Literally a waste of money!
This was my first visit here and I'm new to Locust Grove and I was so disappointed today when I went to get breakfast this morning. I am a new mother and I wanted to introduce my 1 year old baby to a sausage patty. I placed my order for my food and forgot to add the patty for my daughter. I got up to the window and asked if they could add on the sausage patty and the cook a woman with black on yelled out very loud "OH MY GOD". All of us in the car were shocked and very disappointed at the response of her and the cashier who turned and said OK... Immediately, I knew I will from now on go to Chick-Fil-A where they treat all of us like family. I don't know why but it made me cry and I apologized to my daughter even though she had no idea what was going on. I want to be treated like a customer and not a dog... I will never go to this location again! The price increase should reflect the quality of food. I ordered a 10 piece chicken wing barbq with potatoes wedges and a mango along with a special. I paid almost $40 . I was told Ms. Winner no longer carry ranch nor their punch. When I got home the chicken wings were not cooked good and the wedges were very hard. There is no excuse as to why the food was prepared horribly , if you sell wings why not prepare them and have everything available that a wing spot would have or take it off the menu. I tried this location twice, the first time I returned the food this time I just charged it to the game and should have known better. Will never return to this location, I will just go to the Stockbridge location where they seem to always have it together.
Breakfast is good here but their chicken has issues. The breading is hard, unlike any other location. Everything else is good.
The food is good, however if you closed the inside that means it should not take you all day to run the drive thru. The drive thru was so slow I waited almost 25 mins for my food.
You guys have to do better. We use to come here often and quality was better. Things have changed.. Shorted a piece of chicken and these were the legs two were the size of a chicken wing drum. One of those were broken. The service was great. The man was very friendly. That's why it's 2 star in stead of 1.
Straight complete TRASHHHH!!!!!!!! The leadership is garbage and the other employees follow their role. It sucks because there isn’t many of these restaurants left. They have a compete attitude and is just glad somebody hired them so they carry that attitude with them. Moral of the story, I didn’t get my food, they gave it away after 45min wait, the manager is rude, employees are over it, and so am I. Never again!!!!
