Bro I’ve never taken the time of of my day to complain about a restaurant but this is quite literally the worst McDonald’s you could go to especially if you don’t want to repeat yourself 30 times and still somehow end up with a completely different meal than you even ordered I’m sincerely not kidding it’s that bad and there’s one literally 5 minutes down the road that actually knows what they’re doing
To my surprise, the service was pretty fast but, the employees were not pleasant. They seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. The person that took my order was short with me. The young girl that handed me my food did smile and double check my order tho.
Ordered double cheeseburger with only ketchup and my order was filled correctly. Ordered 6 piece nuggets with BBQ sauce and they got that right too! Diet Coke was a large just like I ordered! This place is amazing!
Food taste great but the service was terrible. They didn't place my quarter pounder in the bag. The drive through was rushed and robotic. No one was present at the payout window.
Just as high as chik-fil-a. Burger was much smaller than the bread. 1st time at McDonald's (after breakfast) in years. Won't go back to a McDonald's for a LONG time, if ever.
It seems to be different people every time we go. We have had many orders completed wrong. Cold fires. Bread on sandwiches that were clearly old & stale. If you're craving McDonald's.....go elsewhere
Always order the double 1/4 pounder. Very fresh
Incorrect order (big Mac w/ lettuce instead of quarterpounder w/o lettuce), fries were probably cooked an hour before I got there, chicken sandwiches were overcooked almost to the point of scorched, and drive thru cashier gave me an attitude. Other than that, this place was great.
Worst McDonald's ever! Everytime I went to this Mcdonalds in Eastlake I have had to return food for being cold. On Friday, I ordered fresh food and again it was cold. I gave it back and they returned my food. Back and dumped it in the bag. The fries were upside down just dumped in the bag ad if they were mad at me; Therefore, I gave the food back again.The night male caucasian manager replied do you just want your money back. I replied," I have waited in line 20 minutes at least give your customers hot food." I stated I would call the corporate regarding this location. I really don't need to bc in less than a month Chic fila will be opening right across the street. Therefore the citizen of the community will have more options and if this McDonald's don't step their game up , they will be loosing all their customers anyway.
I ordered a strawberry shake and they said McDonald's doesn't have shake and has never sold them hmmm so they tried giving me a mango smoothie yuck so I told them I didn't want that they gave me a coke with no ice and he got all cocky with me like it was my fault. I would give them zero stars if I could
