The service was awesome, the restaurant was super clean and the manager Alisha is the bomb. All the employees were nice and they seemed to work as a tram. Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time and I go to McDonald's practically ever day for a hash brown and French vanilla coffee. The manager was interviewing a candidate while in was eating and she was so nice and kind to the applicant, seems like a great location for a young person or older person to work. Alisha treats you like a human being. Hard to find people like her now a days. Keep up the good work ladies. #teamAlisha
Hot, relatively quick, what you want when you're needing to pop in and out for a meal. The only thing that really slowed us down was the actual ordering process. Asking for a #3 and nuggets should take 15 seconds but this dragged on for 5 min, asking to repeat our drink order, etc. No need to be frustrated though, when the fries are fresh and order is correct! A solid location.
This place is overwhelmed and can not get the food out in a reasonable time very slow. Inside the kiosk is ok but no receipt is given and you hope your order is right.
Didn’t know what a McCafe was.The conversation at the drive through started with the women telling us she did not serve coffee here. When asked further she told us the machine was being cleaned but they could offer cold coffee. We asked for a regular iced coffee with cream, that order was taken. Then we asked for a vanilla frappe. The lady repeatedly asked what we were talking about and finally said come to the window. At the window the order was repeated and we were met with a rude stare and an announcement that they don’t do that kind of stuff there. We finally just left with two iced coffees with cream. Very very frustrating to deal with.
Bad from the start. Employees (including the manager) truely didn't care! Even after going over our order 3x, they still got it completely wrong. Then when we did get our food, it was horrible. Glad I was just driving through the town. I feel sorry for the people that live near this store!
I am severely disappointed. I waited for thirty minutes in line in the drive thru. They would not respond on the speaker system to take my order. I drove to the window and tried to give my order. The man-child at the window with the sharpy drawn eyebrows told me, he could not help me and told me to get back in line. I just waited all that time and I was trying to get something fast before my long commute home. I will never go back to this establishment. They were rude and I will take my business else where.
Never have Frappes, but polite and offer substitutes. Good service, typical MCDONALD'S Food.
Nice people! Biscuit always good! Hash brown oil not fresh.
They seem to be having trouble getting the customer orders correct. I was one among many customers with incorrect orders. My regular hamburger was plain...that's not what I requested. So who ever got my regular hamburger was also disappointed in not receiving their plain burger. Which I had to eat anyway. Had to get back on the road.
