Ordered breakfast online at 10:25. Walked in at 10:29 and no one was at counter. At 10:33 they said I was too late. Very disappointed.
Dear Franchise Owner of this particular McDonald’s and hopefully corporate. I was just at your location @ 885 Industrial Blvd, McDonough, GA 30253 on 5/22/23 at 7:20am exactly in the drive through at the speaker box. I come here on my way to work almost every morning, never a problem. Now Sunday mornings aren’t as busy as the weekdays. So why is it taking the older manly looking and sounding lady forever to take orders? I was waiting to place my order for 6 minutes and when I said “Hello?” Her and another associate yelled “ Wait DAMN!!!” Needless to say that triggered me here. Because things got verbally ugly and she should not be dealing with customers at all. She should only be allowed to handle trash based on her actions this morning. And the shift manager was just as worse. I know it’s hard to find good reliable workers but those two “older women” definitely were the most rudest, Ignorant, unprofessional and uneducated humans I’ve come across and their action cost this location to loss $100 a week from me alone and once I let friends and family know, they won’t be returning to that location either.
Worsted service ever, I will never visit again. Placed a mobile order and sat outside 25 minutes until my husband went inside only to find out they did do the order because there machine was down. They never bothered to come outside and say anything. Do get a refund the lady said contact customer service, customer service said contact the store itself. I want my money back on my card and my reward points back.
Some lady in the kitchen was yelling at workers to do a better job. McDonald's be something else fr. But the hotcakes were good.
It’s a McDonald’s. Understaffed like everywhere else.I understand why the play equipment is closed. However, I would be willing to use sanitizer wipes on them. Also, good hygiene.With two boys the play equipment is a game changer
Poor service. We stood at the counter forever before being acknowledged. They were having a lot of unprofessional conversations behind the counter. We wanted to dine in and they gave us food in a bag. Food was accurate and not bad.
Took forever to get the lady at the drive thru's attention to take my order. Then $8 later i recieved under cooked nuggets! I was eating them while driving so Im not sure how many Ive eaten. But im glad i looked down at a stop light!! Im going to get food poisoning! Very upset and disgusted. Need a refund.
The line was long. They got my order wrong and demanded I go back around to reorder, in the meantime my customers food would be cold. No receipt for the customer. How do you tell if they are overcharging.. How does my customer tell if I am overcharging.. The manager rolled up her sleeves and wanted to come out to fight me. I let them all know they s---. I will never go there again. I'd give them 0 stars for there customer service this morning. No receipt for my customer. Obviously I'm not the only one that feels that way.
the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. orders are never right. they charge extra and always have an attitude. i try and try to be patient but they just continue to be rude. new managers and employees needed asap. not even worth your time or money!!!
Came threw this evening and I must say I was very shocked at the service I was given. I'm used to bad service. The young man who serviced the pick up window in the drive thru was the same young man that brought my food out. He was the most respectful employee I have come across. When something was missing he made it right. The best I have felt as a customer since coming to McDonalds. The whole crew on this night was respectful and fast. Above all that young man Kaleemah.
