The manager named rod I think interrogated me after I told him we were missing food. He thought I was lying and I had to call his supervisor two times. He is in a position way over his head and has no idea how to handle life let alone a store. The saddest thing is he will probably not even be held accountable for causing a scene in the restaurant and having poor customer service.
I asked if they had strawberry milkshake in the drive-thru they said yes. When paid i checked again they said yes. When got too the window for pick-up they they only had vanilla or chocolate at this point the girl said there was nothing she could do so i decided to go with chocolate. Then she handed me the 2 milkshakes that looked like vanilla and I asked what's this and she said chocolate it looks and tasted like vanilla. I was very upset and she was like oh well. Fast food has been very disappointing ?
What A SHAME! Just about every time I visit to this particular McDonald’s my order is disappointing …either chicken is over cooked or order is prepared sloppy and this time I order the Ice Tea that I love and even that was messed up! What a shame! I cannot visit the store again. I’m done! If you mess up Ice Tea just throw the whole store away… smh!
Stopped here for takeout while filling up gas in RV. My husband and I are traveling across country.There were 5 employees sitting around in dining area as I entered the building.No one at cash register. They had a kiosk that didn’t accept cash. I asked several employees to help me and they said they were clocked out. Finally one said he would get his manager to help me. She never came to help. Finally, an employee that was leaving after his shift offered to help me. Apparently cash is not ok? It took 5 more minutes for someone to accept my cash after ordering on the kiosk. It really was crazy? I looked around kitchen while I was waiting for my order and noticed trash, spilled liquid and food on floor? Very dirty. There was no ice tea made so the employee that forgot to hand me cups for my drinks finally got some from the back. Then when I received my order, they gave me medium fries. I told the employee I ordered large. He said they were out of large fries containers. I told him I had paid for large fries. So he tossed two small fries in bag as well. Finally, I asked for ketchup packets for my fries. He said, “we are out.” What? Never been to a McDonald’s that was so terribly messy with such inconsiderate service and that lacked stocking items that are necessary to put together meals that they are selling. I’ve been coming to McDonald’s for over 45 years. This was absolutely my worst experience at any fast food establishment I have ever had!
Extremely rude manager. Tall thin short black haired older black women was rude to everyone inside. All the young workers was awesome and deserve a raise just for having to put up with their managers rude and nasty attitude. So as far and the service it was slow bc the manager wasn't getting anything right and wouldn't listen the the young workers. So 5 stars 4 them and that rude manager should be fired really. It almost makes me not even want to go back to be honest. It made me furious the way she treats not only the customers but the coworkers. The are the ones keeping that place running as she's steadily placing blame on whatever goes wrong on them. If ya don't like your job please get another one or at least change your attitude while there bc her vibe almost messed the rest of my day up. GOOD GOING TEAM KEEP IT UP ????
Made my order on the app like I always have. Went to the store at 6:15am like before several times. No one responded at drive thru even though there were two cars in the parking lotVery frustrating! I hadto travel to Tnn. All plans had to chaned. Not happy!
Went for a frappe, the machine was not working. I used a code in my app, couldn't use it due to machine out of order. I tried to use another deal, the app would not let me even though through no fault of mine, I could not use the first deal..highly dissappointed. The drive thru line was extremely long.
Had two good visits in a row over the course of several months, last visit the service was still good but the bun on my sandwich was hard. Throw that stuff out when it gets stale!
Service was terrible. It took 20 mins to receive my food. Absolutely no Condiments that I paid for.
Mcflurry girl with big ole eyelashes there at the window bout rude as hell. got mad because I called her out for her rudeness. proceeded to say “we gone be aight”.. yeah we gone be alright when that ice cream on your face.
