The wait time is horrific. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich, no extras and simple steamed broccoli. I even asked the young lady how long it would take upon ordering. She replied “oh, no more than 5 to 10 minutes.” I went outside and back in at the 15 minute mark and she proceeded to take my order again. I told her I’m still waiting - I’ve already ordered. I then watched several people who ordered after me, receive their food. After 20 minutes, I went up to her again with my receipt and asked if I could just get a refund. She took the receipt and went into the kitchen and a very rude man came forward and said “What’s the issue.” Not ask, stated. I replied “The issue is is I’ve been waiting 20+ minutes.” He asked “You’ve been waiting 20 minutes?” And my response was “All you have to do is look at the time stamp on the receipt.” He huffed and puffed to another register and came back and gave me a receipt, not my original one, and said “Apologies for the wait time.” If it’s going to take longer than stated, just direct your staff to inform customers that. Or if there’s an issue with extended wait times, put a sign up. No excuses. Not a return. PSA - be careful who you are rude to.

Well don't be surprised if you find yourself waiting in the lobby for 45 min and not recieve your food because they forgot to make it. This is the slowest mccallisters I have ever been too. They need help or a little more ambition.

I really like the food when they get my order right, but I can honestly say that my order always has an issue. If I order a Caesar salad, they don’t put any Caesar dressing in the bag even when I pay the .50 for extra. The soups are consistently half full. My most recent order, I ordered two, both half full. I always order the Caesar chicken wrap….I have received it without chicken, without dressing…if I ask for the chicken to be heated, it never is. If you order online, you are forced to get certain types of chips other than sea salt, even though it’s available in store. They also forgot my side of broccoli on today’s order. As much as I like the food, it is so frustrating to know that your order will never be right. Who has time for that on a short lunch break, especially when the food isn’t cheap. I totally understand the staffing issues, supply, etc….but that is no excuse to send incomplete and incorrect orders out the door consistently

Went to the McDonough location resently and it was great. It took a few minutes to get my order but I'm ok with that, it's obviously made to order. The place is extremely clean so it's a given the back of house has quality standards also. I hope they cater will be ordering lunches for work.

Broccoli cheddar soup was good: I was quite disappointed with the Mcallister’s pick 2 sandwich there was little to hardly no meat on it mostly lettuce and spinach. I really wish I had went to Panera Bread this day. I was trying them out for the 1st time since it’s a new restaurant in the area.

Sandwiches tasted great. Husband ordered avocado to be added, received 2 slices to sandwich. Not sure if that is typical or not for restaurant amounts. I had Italian, fantastic.

I will not be returning. There have been a couple of small incidences such as waiting in line forever to pick up food, or them forgetting utensils or dressings, but this last time was it. I ordered the Savannah Chopped Salad which consists of Grilled Chicken, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola, honey roasted almonds, tomato and cucumbers on mixed greens. Items missing: Grilled Chicken, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola. I went back through the drive thru pick up line and asked about the missing items and was told, “oh yeah, we are out of them”. ???? I asked why wasn’t I told before you handed me my order, he said “ I’m sorry, we’re out of a lot of things and I just forgot“. I got something else, but that was it for me. ?

You want a sandwich that is delicious and so worth the stop. Stop in at McAlister's Deli. Not only will you not be disappointed but rest assured if you love sandwiches then you will have no problem returning time and time again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. My boyfriend and I went last night, 1/28, and ordered the French dip with double mac and the Memphian with a cup of friut, two large teas, and two pieces of chocolate cheese cake. We got our food and my boyfriend did not receive his second portion of Mac nor his sauce for the French dip. When I went back up there to get his second portion, the response was "she put extra in this one." NO. HE PAID for a second portion and we will be GIVEN a second cup because HE paid for it. She gave us the second portion, and proceeded to roll her eyes everytime I asked for something. A refill, a fork, the sauce? The girl in the back she would ask for the sauce from rolled her eyes and told her "No" when I asked for it. Even when I went to ask for a to-go box, she proceeded to have an attitude. My cup of fruit was almost fermented and my boyfriend said he saw pink splotches on his roast beef meat. I did not finish my sandwich but he did and he ate of a slice of cake last night and the rest this morning. We went out this afternoon and before we got home he threw up and is now sick in bed on 1/29. I checked the other piece and it was labeled to be thrown out 1/27! That is UNACCEPTABLE because now he is sick and may be out of work come Monday. Food poison is not a game and is a leading cause of death in the US. I am furious. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Had a wonderful lunch here. Not only was it delicious but was so reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. Not to mention the delivery was aesthetically pleasing. Management was so kind. Spoke as if we knew one another forever. THAT'S WHAT ESTABLISHMENTS NEED. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return.
