Ice cream was great but the staff was better! Very professional and efficient.
Came in and ordered ice cream for my family and the light skinned girl was playing in her hair and then opened the snickers candy to add it in my husband milkshake, touching it in the process. I asked her to wash her hands and the dark skinned girl came over with a attitude telling her just to pour it out. She poured it out and still didn't wash her hands or the container out. They don't wear gloves or wash their hands prior to fixing anything. I asked for the manager number and was told he don't want his number given out. I'll never return and make sure to tell ppl to never come here.

Came in and got a banana split with mango and snickers ice cream. Best Ice cream ever. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely return
After a beautiful Saturday with the kids and family. I decided to take about 5 kids here for icecream. We drove about 30mins to get here. All the kids were excited to get some icecream. We get out the car. Go inside and the cashier rudely says we’re out of ice cream!!! Like seriously?!?!? How? You’re an ice cream shop. That’s out of ice cream. Why are you open then? I’ll stick to brusters. Don’t risk it.
This icecream is amazing and the enthusiasm of the staff is unmatched.
I will NEVER come back to this place! I haven’t been here in years and the day I decided to come it was yet again the worst experience ever! I asked the girl who happen to be young African American with long black braids if I could have the Cookie Dough Drizzle with almonds. After receiving my order I went to my car and started eating my ice cream. Once I took a couple of bites I kept saying to myself the cookie dough tasted funny. I went back inside to ask for something else to be made because the cookie dough tasted funny. She then asked me if I was going to purchase another one and I told her no! The girl then went to the back to talk to her manager who was Indian. She came back to the front and told me the manager stated that I had to purchase another ice cream and that they also do not do refunds. So I then asked her if I could speak with the manager. She responded by telling me that he was busy and he would tell me the same-thing. I then asked again if she could go get him please. The girl proceeded to storm to the back to get the manager and as I was waiting I noticed a roach crawling on the very big menu behind the counter, that shows everything you can order from there. I took some pictures. The manager finally came from the back and told me that I would have to purchase something else because the cookie dough they have hasn’t changed. I told him it had because I know what cookie dough taste like and that isn’t it! Then I told him I just want my money back because I literally just left out of the store and I told him I just saw a roach, and that I have pictures. I told the manager I will be calling the health department on them! I left my ice cream on the counter and the little girl shouted that I had to throw the ice cream away. I looked at her and walked out the store! I am beyond disgusted!!
They always close much earlier than what their hours say. New winter hours say they close at 9:30, but wouldn’t let us in when we got there at 9:11. This isn’t the first night this has happened.
i LOVE marble slab! i go here every time i’m in the area. i would die for the strawberry skydive ice cream and always leave with a quart in my hand!! highly recommend their products!! i would absolutely love to give 5 stars BUT… every time i go in there, the employees are ALWAYS rude. the last time i was there, the guy behind the counter had such an attitude problem :/ i mistakinglu said i wanted a pint instead of a quart and corrected myself and he?? was so??? rude???? he had already grabbed the pint cup and when i corrected myself and asked for the bigger one, he was like “well you said this one at first so WHICH ONE?” i was thinking to myself like??????? okay, rude but whatever. just give me my icecream. so i got it and left. i love the ice cream so i’ll still go of course, but like literally every time im there (in the evening usually, once every few weeks) i NEVER get a “hello!” or “how can i help you” which is fine. i get it, not everyone likes to greet. but a “thank you, have a nice day!” or something, literally anything, would be nice. but i got literally nothing the past 2-3 times i went in. even after i said “have a nice day” i got straight up ignored lol. i’ve worked in retail and with the public for years so i understand having an off day but like. i dunno. it’s kinda ridiculous at this point. i don’t like leaving negative reviews so this one isn’t a negative one per say. but it’s just rather off putting to have the same customer service experience every time. anyways, ice cream is a solid 10/10 but(*some of) the workers are very unpleasant.
The workers were extremely nice ! Ice cream is amazing , i will definitely come back !
