Miguel, the owner, is a wonderful host. We've eaten there several times and it has always been great. Las Avinas has been open for 30 years and has authentic Mexican food. Family owned and operated, you will enjoy this family atmosphere.
Enchilada supreme was wonderful. Flavorful moist chicken, flavorful refried beans, the whole meal was wonderful. Steak tacos were tender and flavorful. Chile Relleno was traditional and flavorful. Salsa could be spicier with less heat. Always excellent friendly service.

The BEST Mexican restaurant in Henry County. Staff and management are extremely caring and nice. The food is top notch. This place feels like a real hometown restaurant out of Mexico, not a cheesy chain restaurant or anything like that. We won’t go anywhere else!
My family and I have been coming 30+ years and the Los Avina family is like our family! We travel 30 minutes to eat and we have experienced nothing but love and great food! We consider the los Avina family as our own!
