Eeyore's Longhorn disaster... First ugly review of a Longhorn and first bad experience ever at a Lonhorn. This location is an operating mess.Onion soup arrived cold and when I made the comment the soup was cold all I got was an "okay" and then the server went away. Through the whole dinner I was told fresh bread would arrive several times once it come out of the oven, but that never happened.Then my steak arrived. Never got my salad. Told the server take the steak back since salad never arrived and I like my salad first. Server then walked off and brought the salad quickly but left my steak. So I ate the salad quickly and then ate the steak. Steak cooked to temp, although marginally over seasoned so it was quite salty for me.Also after only one bite into the steak my check arrives with a to-go box. So on top of all else now I'm feeling completely rushed to just leave. Terrible to make your patrons feel that way.Asked for a refill of unsweet tea and that came back sweet instead. Forget dessert. I'm outta here. Wonder if the bread ever got baked...Not the typical LongHorn experience. This location is a disaster. Won't return to this location when traveling.
We took the family of 9 there for an early Mother’s Day dinner. They were extremely busy but our Server Kayla was amazing. She had our whole table laughing. She made us feel very welcome. Another gentleman helped us out as well. Great team work! I am a General manager of a restaurant and I would hire Kayla in a heartbeat! I was very impressed!
Very very busy location! Everywhere is understaffed, however the management team here is amazing! My food wasn’t ready at the specified time even though I received a text message saying otherwise. The manager on duty corrected my concerns in a timely fashion, food was hot, delicious and amazing, just as expected! I give 5 stars for making it work with what you have and re-creating and awesome experience! Happy Mother’s Day world!
Went to have dinner with my sister and around the time we went it wasn't really busy. We sat by the bar (high top) table, food was good and our waitress was great. She did have a lot of tables but still was able to attend to us to where it wasn't noticeable. Drinks and food were being sent to the wrong table. One waitress came with drinks (same as ours) and bread sat it down and then realized that it was the wrong table, picked it up and took it to the right table. Now I don't think that that's how it's supposed to be done. I'm sure your supposed to either leave it or take it and make more drinks and new fresh bread then take it to the correct table?♀️. We placed about 5 to go orders when we were wrapping it up with our food. Now it did take a very long time for the to go food to come out....... we went to the restroom, paid, and packed up the rest of our food and still waited a good 30 more minutes for the to go food. By the time it came out we were so annoyed but did see and noticed that the bag was heavy. Got home and noticed that we were missing all the sides and a couple of other things. Definitely should have checked that bag before leaving but hell that would of been another 30 to 45mins wait. Definitely need to work on their customer service as well‼️
They were very busy, especially for a Sunday, but the service is always wonderful. We've gotten lucky enough to get the same server/bartender both times we've been. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she is wonderful. My steak was definitely well done instead of medium, but that's no fault of hers and I didn't bring it up to her. I will continue to go here if not only for the good service
Very busy, however we were seated fairly quickly. We were given a 15 minute wait time, seated in about 7 minutes. Friendly staff, we waited a while for the food, but that is to be expected when a restaurant is busy. Steak was cooked perfectly, food was a good temperature. No complaints for this visit.
Today, i had lunch at Longhorn with my husband Ron. The service was excellent. The waiter was excellent. I wish i knew his name to give this gentleman kudos for his service. He was very kind very patience and had a very good personality. I am so sorry that i do not know his name but if he c this hopefully he will know that this is him that i am talking about. This happened today 2/10/2022, between 1 and 1:30. This guy is bald, medium built, early 40's, he was is the second section from the bar. This is the kind of service that means so much to me...
As always, the service is great and food is fresh and the way I ordered it. The servers is the main reason I come back everytime. Reason being is because you know the food is always the way you order it, but you get different serves everytime with different personalities, and that is most interesting thing about it. Longhorn Steak house is an experience in its self, a great experience.
Great service and very friendly! My salmon meal was delicious. I highly recommend the strawberry salad as your side. My mom was disappointed with her wings, so that's why I couldn't give 5 stars.
My husband and I visited this location this evening. Our experience was amazing! First things first, the restroom was extremely clean! That was a huge plus for me! We were seated immediately and drink orders and food order was placed. We waited about 15-20 min and out food was on the table! The steak was amazing, cooked perfectly! Everything thing else just complimented the meal! The server was very courteous and checked on us often! Needless to say we will be returning!
