Last night I had the new salmon and shrimp with broccoli creamy sauce and the shrimp were over seasoned (salty) and the salmon was very small and both were under cooked. Did not realize the impact until I fell sick immediately after eating (while at the restaurant). To top it off woke up this morning to find out my card was fraudulently used for a whirlpool purchase around the same amount of my tab. While I cannot prove the fraudulent activity was a result of this restaurant, I will state this was the only time my card was not in my possession where I could see it at all times.
This my second trip in 2 weeks to Logan’s. The food came much quicker than last . The butter hot rolls were so so good and delicious ? I fully recommend anyone looking for a good steak to come here . I love the ribeye steak medium! They cooked it perfectly.
The menus were very sticky. Although we came an hour and a half before closing, the service could've been better. Our waiter took to long to acknowledged us. We had to ask for rolls. The wait time for our drinks were longer than expected. Everyone acted is if they were ready to get off work, instead of showing Customer Service. I use to dine here all the time, but it's not the same. I'll rather dine elsewhere.
So I've been to a Logan's before and always thought they were just okay, been a long time so couldn't remember the taste but I must admit, they did not disappoint. Everything was excellent. First, the Ribeye was cooked just right, fine, perfect. My broccoli came after the photo, but when it did come, I exactly put a couple of the shrimp (the shrimp was outstanding) in with my baked potato with lots of butter, the let my broccoli, rice, and some of my other shrimp absorb the juice from my steak, OMG, everything taste so good. My waitress was a young lady name Brisa, she was only of the most nicest, kind, courteous waitress I ever had a she did a great job taken care of me. Logan's definitely a good choice.
Even though it wasn't busy I had a long wait to be seated. The rolls came the same time as the food, food too longer than expected and was barely above room temperature. The blackberry sweet tea was great and they did discount the bill
The service was absolutely fantastic. The delivery of the food was on time, and the Ribeye was INCREDIBLE!! DEFINITELY A REPEAT FOR ME!!♥️♥️♥️

Some food items are terrible!!The baked beans, the devil eggs, & caesar salad was not a hit.The baked beans that I'm used to we're not small beans but look more like big red beans and the taste was awful & the sauce was salty. The devil eggs had to much of a mayo taste and was sitting on top of runny coleslaw. The Caesar salad needed a real authentic Caesar dressing to match the lettuce and croutons.The food had nothing to do with the staff, the staff was good but the food was not.
Food was ok. The so call Baked beans was terrible and the Margaritas must have been Virgin. Didn't even drink it awful. They just said sorry about the drink. Lol Waitress was good. They must have had a bad night. I'm sure I will go back one day.
My fiancé and I travel to here from Buford once in a while to eat, as this place is far better than Texas Roadhouse. The rolls, drinks, steak, everything is excellent. I also love the cinnamon apples side here, it feels more homemade (Texas Roadhouse has what appears to be sauce from a jar from the grocery) The server did an excellent job but we can not remember his name. We will definitely be back.
