I ordered online and was given a window of when my pizzas would be ready. When I went to pick my pizza the line was long and it took forever. I get to the window and my pizzas are not made and four people asked me my order. I had to wait 1 HOUR at the location for my pizzas. The workers were just standing around and talking most of the time. I got one of my pizzas after 40 minutes of waiting. I wanted to cancel my second pizza and they said I had to wait for the manager to return to the store. I asked how would that be and the worker said she did not know. I have kids in the car and I was just trying to pick up a pizza after a softball game. My kids had to eat their pizza in the car so it wouldn’t get cold. So I got one pizza after a 40 minutes of waiting and my second pizza after waiting 1 HOUR. Then my second pizza was wrong. I will never come here again.
They are sorry! Y’all have all those teens working in there playing around and not doing their jobs. I tried to call and complain but no one is answering. This is a crazy bread stick not made correctly falling all apart. Y’all need to hire some responsible adults. Last time I order my food on line had to sit and wait for 30 mins. The young girl took forever to come to the window and told me if someone pull behind me to go back and park in front. Y’all need new management. The food is always cold. They up there playing around
Man, this location has nose dived. Starting 8 months ago or so, it started becoming difficult to get food here at lunch. If they came to the window at all it would be a 10 minute wait for a lunch combo. The food is average.Nowadays the bell at the drive through barely works and if and when they come to the window, they look rough and you are usually asked to pull forward and wait. I literally just waited 10 minutes and the line didn't budge. Until new ownership comes in, avoid this location.
I ordered in the mobile app. When I get to the store to pick-up, my food is not in their pick-up booth. I asked for my order at the counter and was told, "we don't sell that item anymore" I ordered batman calzony. If you don't have it take it off your mobile menu?? Then I was told we can substitute our extramostbestest pepperoni pizza is the same price. $7.99 for the batman calzony and $6.55 for the extramostbestest pepperoni pizza are not the same price. Then I had to wait another 20 mins. for my pizzas to be ready. Thanks for a great experience!! Little Caesar's will not be getting my dough no more!!
I came through the drive thru the other day and I had such a good experience with the girl with blue hair! She was so nice and I can tell she cares a lot about her job.
Poor management and poor customer service. On more than one occassion, we have been disappointed with their customer service and communication. On our last visit, we watched staff standing around in the back chatting and eating pizza while both the drive thru line and the inside got crowded. Requested to speak with the manager and he came off unapologetic even with apologizing for the poor service and communication and could care less. This isn't the first time we have received this level of service from this location.
For some reason the pizzas from here are smaller and thinner than Other little Caesars I visit around Georgia.. Update 2/16/22 The worst customer service 2/14/22. I waited 45 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza on Valentines day. I was originally told 5 minutes wait and they would bring it to my car. I sat in my car and saw 4 people walk in and out with pizzas. I asked the last person if they pre ordered and they said no. Most of the staff members had attitudes. I was not the only one waiting for orders in their car furore than 30 minutes. There were about 4 others waiting for 1 pizza. 1 rude staff member called the police on a customer for asking why they where taking so long and refused to give her a refund or her order. This long wait happens a lot at this location and it always seems like employees have attitudes and are laughing and playing around in the back at these times. I know for a fact that this location has lost a few customers. I heard multiple people say they won't be returning to this location until they get new staff and once again my pizza was smaller than other Little Caesars locations.
Horrible just horrible! Worst location ever, I knew not to even give them another chance after going last week and there was no food “Hot and ready” a 10 minute wait for everything. I thought they were having a bad day so I went today and the same scenario just worse the employee was so rude they should just close down the location.
I should have looked at the pizzas before I left . They told me there would be a wait for more cheese pizzas so I waited 10 minutes and if I have to wait 10 minutes for fresh pizza I expect it to atleast be FRESH and not burnt!! I should have not waited for this burnt and cold pizza... waste of money.. too tough to even eat .. won’t be back to this location..
I talked to one of the employees about the pizza and she said what's wrong with it at that point I said you know what let me talk to a Manager and she said I am the Manager at that point I knew I was Doomed......She doesn't have Managerial skills bad attitude and I told her I was gone call corporate she said she didn't care Call Them they can't make her do nothing.....She said well we did our best on the pizza and I'm tired of these people keep coming back up here about a pepperoni then she goes on to say it's a new pizza come back tomorrow.... If she would've stayed calm and said I'm sorry for the inconvenience we'll redo your order I wouldn't have wrote this review....I overheard them asking each other how to make the pizza....It was flat out Bad ....She not worthy of being a Manager while her employees struggled she was outside talking about customer complaints ....The sad part is she asked Me what was wrong with the pizzas the pictures are below I'll let yall be the judge
