Do they only give 3 burgers now instead of 4 (it has been a few years since I’ve been to a Krystal’s)? The fries were good, buns were soft, but I can’t get into this style of little, flat fake burger.
Is anyone working there other than the girl who runs the drive-thru, tells you to hang on a second, never comes back to take your order and then hides behind the ice cream machine when you pull around to the window in an attempt to just order there? ?
This is one of the worst crystals you can come to first of all they do not open the door for anyone then I said in the speaker box for about good 10 minutes and then I drove around and they had an attitude whenever I try to order. The guy slammed up drive through window open and say may I help you in a very smart attitude way after that he told me to drive up to wait on my order there's no one behind me. Later I seen other cars drive into the drive-thru and they patient was short as well when it came to waiting time it's awful I will never come here ever again even if the end of the world is ending I'm done with this Krystal they are very unprofessional
4/2022 I waited in a 30 or minute line to get wet, or soggy bread. I was very disappointed. ⭐Update review: 05/27/22 ⭐⭐⭐⭐The customer service was amazing and service was awesome considering it was a Friday night. The food wasn't soggy, but it wasn't quite as flavorable, missing something...maybe mustard?!!! Nevertheless better than the last visit.
Worst experience with a fast food ever! I drove 30 something miles to be told that they were doing door Dash only, that I could not purchase food from them, even though I drove there and was in line, now mind you I didn’t care if I had to wait, I would’ve patiently waited I was in the mood for Krystal’s and like I said I drove over 30 miles to come here, to be told I could not buy food! Just WOW!!!
My husband and I went to get food last night, waited for service, ( No Problem) but to receive our food and could not eat it , was a big problem, he ordered 3 Krystal’s ( combo ) I ordered 3 bacon and cheese Krystal combo, drove off and after biting into our burgers, we could not take the awful taste, the meat was old, with a freezer burnt taste, it was so awful, My husband love Krystal’s and I can tolerate it, but any restaurant serving the low quality of food should close the doors. After not being able to complete our meals we paid $17.00 for., I got no sleep running to the bathroom all night. My husband stated this morning guess we will scratch Krystal’s off our list!!! Most definitely!!!CHECK THE DATE on YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!
Great hours, love the location, and a nice variety of food to try.
Always unfriendly and grouchy. Several times we have be turned away due to door dash customers only or shift change. Limits the menu every time we go! Love Krystal’s but absolutely hate coming to this one!
Tried to go here this evening. They said they were only doing Door Dash and you couldn't order anything, unless you used the Door Dash App and had it delivered. How does that work at a fast food restaurant? You can go through the drive thru and order like normal??Update: tried to call number below it has been disconnected Also submitted a contact request on their web site and no one has contacted me back
It's been a while since I visited Krystals. We went through the drive thru. I don't know if the dining room was open. There was really good customer service, my order was correct, the food was very fresh, and it was worth the money. Good job!!
