i have went to this place many times and i don’t know what the 1 star reviews are talking about, it’s nice and clean even though it takes a while for the food to come out and they add too much ice the boba is amazing

TL;DR I don't recommend this place unless you're desperate.TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUB PAR BUBBLE TEA.2 drinks (bubble milk tea) in the ONLY size they carry, both with less and no ice, only 1 drink had ONE topping, and the ENTIRE COST was over $16 without tip. That's not acceptable. Especially because the flavor consistency first off always varies by who makes the drink. Half the time, it's okay. The other half of the time, it's bad or undrinkable, but I'm usually no longer in the vicinity by the time I notice. If you're willing to drive a bit further down the interstate, go to Gong Cha or any place around there. Taste is way better, always consistent, and only around $6 for 1 large (if you want large, yes you can choose) WITH 2 toppings, with how ever much ice or sugar level you want! They don't charge you a fee for wanting MORE drink in a LARGE cup that you paid for. I used to like this place (King Kong Milk Tea) cause it's nearby, but I woke up when I realized how insane that was with only 2 teas and I could've bought a WHOLE A** meal from Zaxby's with a drink, dessert, and extra sauce for that amount. You can bet I'm upset.DUDE, don't even let me start on that pho. If you're looking to over consume salt without much pho broth flavor to enjoy, then this is the one for you. AND the "banh mi" is WAY TOO SMALL and not made with the correct bread. And sometimes there's this girl with dirty blonde colored hair who texts even right in front of you while sitting when you're ready to order. ? The only good thing about this place is that they resell Asian snacks, just for a lot more money than the Asian stores. But because it's close.

Even though it took long, it was very much worth the wait!! The food was delicious it made me very happy, so were the drinks and little snacks there. Highly recommend.

So They Charge $1.50 For Less Ice (And The Ice Is LARGE) And $2 For Extra Boba. They Already Charge $1 For Getting It. And It Was $11 For One. We Need More Boba Businesses In McDonough. It's Ridiculous

Delish and great service in such a cool place! The owners were super helpful, take pride in their restaurant, did a fantastic job with decor, and provided a great experience. My pina colada smoothie was superb. Will definitely be back!

I decided to come in to try it out and first thing I noticed is how dirty the store is. And the employees are are not knowledgeable about the menu items. The sandwich was very small and we got sick off the pecan shrimp. Also, there’s a weird convenience fee when paying with card and as well as the overpriced smoothies.

Overpriced, ridiculous. 1st off, I love Boba and have been to many all over the world. This place charges $1 extra for less ice (ridiculous for a Boba Place. Have never been charged that before! And most boba places encourage the customization!) They also only have large size. No small or medium!! It smells horrible inside and their hours aren’t great. Wont be back. Go to Starbucks instead. $8 each for powdered tea and water mixed up with ice. Yuck.

This place is awful. The food portions are tiny and very expensive. Plus they charge $1 for no ice and toppings that other places you get free. On top of that they charge a convenience fee when you pay with a card. I don’t recommend this shop

the customer service was horrible. this store automatically became my 13th reason, prob won’t come back.

Definitely UNDERWHELMED, decided to drive out to New place I wanted to try.... and yea. Not again.Based on portion sizes of just the beef sandwich, it does not make another trip worthwhile for the price spent.
