Last Sunday I went to this location and ordered a family meal. Service was terrible, 44 minutes to get my order. Came home to find 3 measly pieces of chicken and no biscuits. A $40 meal wasn’t worth $12. Called and made a complaint with KFC and no response. Highly recommend NOT going to the 20/81 McDonough location. Each visit in last 6 months has been terrible.
Worst KFC I've ever been to, hands down. Went for a cheap tender combo but they rang it up as a whole family meal for $25, complete with the wrong sides, the wrong count, nothing about this meal was as ordered. Rather than wait 10mins for them to screw it up again, I'm going home to try and forget this atrocity of a location even exists. Save yourself the time and headache by avoiding it at any and all costs.
Don’t eat here. Wife and I visited this location on 2/10/22 around 8:15 pm. Received cold fries and went inside to change them out for fresh ones. While waiting on fresh fries we observed one of the workers in the back eating from a tray that had chicken on it. I don’t know if he was expecting to see customers in the lobby or what but when he saw that we saw him he looked like a deer in headlights. After seeing this our situation went from waiting on fries to we’d like our money back. There was no manager on duty. The young lady had to call the manager to find out what they wanted her to do so we ended up being refunded with cash out of the register. It’s very unnerving seeing people in charge of handling food doing something like that. Will not return. Ever.
I just left the drive thru at this location. I ordered the 12 piece meal with 3 sides. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Guess what? No gravy for the mashed potatoes and I WAS GIVEN A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH BITES IN IT. SOMEBODY AT THAT Location BAGGED UP A HALF EATEN SANDWICH. I have to calm down first, but I'm going back today. And I'm raising hell at whomever I need to call because the location is not picking up the phone. This is the most unsanitary situation I have ever been in at a restaurant.
This restaurant is like so many fast food restaurants in this area. They're either out of chicken, forgetting to add something you ordered, or just being plain unprofessional. On my visit today, they failed to give me eating utensils and just assumed I wanted BBQ sauce with my tenders without asking if I wanted something different. This is definitely my last trip to this store.
It was my first time coming here since living in the area. The service was horrible and while my food was hot, it was undercooked. Make sure your chicken is done before leaving! There was no ice for the drinks and they didn’t have a few menu items. Their health score is at a 80 and as I sat in the drive they window looking in, it doesn’t look clean inside at all. Even the drive thru window could use a thorough cleaning. I won’t be returning.
Majority of the time it’s a long wait. Surprisingly last night the service was fast and like always the food is delicious ? I love the original Chicken! Need better Employees in the drive-thru window.

They are always out of chicken. This must be a franchise location because of the shortage. My meal was $6.89 and the ranch sauce was bigger than one of the chicken strips. If I would of only ordered the strips alone, it would of been $5.99 plus $1.50 for the Nashville hot. So $7.50 for 3 small strips!?!?! I only come here because my son loves the chicken sandwich. I will be calling corporate to request they close this location... KFC, do better.
Sunday 11-14 at 11:50 am Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The lady that took my order was very rude and gave us the wrong order. She didn’t want to slow down to take the correct order and gave us the wrong meal. After asking for the correct order she made us take out the chicken before giving us the correct order. And still ended up not giving us the condiments we asked for. Very unprofessional
