These Folks Never Answer The Phone And This One Girl That Always Wear A Black Bonnet Answers The Phone With A Attitude . This Store Is Ghetto . Today I Called This Store Back To Back For 3 Hrs Just To See How Long It Will Take Them To Answer . They Never Did . Called The Next Closest One And They Told Me To Call Corporate On Them Because And I Quote "That's Absolutely Ridiculous" Their Words Not Mine . Wish I Can Rate Them No Stars .

I visit this location at least once a week. The entire staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. Very fast and friendly!!
I like the #3 Tuna Salad on French bread. Wish they had Spinach, Green bell pepper.
I love JJ, but the customer service at this location is hit or miss. The young woman named Miracle is the only employee I've experienced who is consistently unpleasant and rude.When she approaches the register you will be met with a scowl, nothing more. While waiting, I've over heard her talk back and get smart with several customers. She ALWAYS has on this large purple bonnet which is one of the most unprofessional things I've witnessed - you can't miss it. After she's done barely providing customer service and barking at other employees, she will nonchalantly post up on her cellphone in the kitchen.I've unfortunately experienced this same behavior several times and even talked to the store manager along with corporate. My assumption at this point is that either management is scared of her - as she probably scowls at them too, or they're desperate for employees.Nonetheless, I don't believe she should be working directly with customers. This is just a customer service forewarning, the food is always great!
The customer service at this location is terrible! The cashier Miracle is very RUDE & unprofessional! I've encountered her several times & had the same dreadful experience each time! Even called the manager & she basically made excuses for her. Smh. Very disappointing! I'll be taking my business to another location!
Very disappointing customer service. We placed an order online at around 6:20 pm but the store didn’t close until 7. We were told that they were out of bread. Instead of making more bread, we were told that that the order could be refunded or we could pick up the next day. It seems like this was a case of laziness or just a lack willingness to take care of customers.
The lady named Jigisha is amazing. She is always so friendly and great to talk to. I really enjoy the staff at this store and they do a great job.
