Walked into the store as usual got in line waiting my turn everybody was very polite and asked me what I wanted I asked for two giant loaves of wheat bread proceeded to the register once I got to the register the young lady rung me up for $35 for two loaves of bread not sandwiches and I asked her was it a joke and she said no sir I have to charge her for a full blown sandwich which came with the $35 I felt so disrespected because I’ve been there hundreds of times and purchase bread for way less than $35 my next stop will be calling corporate writing a letter possibly calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint against Jersey Mike’s in the employees please do not go to the store they’re very disrespectful
A negative star is being kind when it comes to my health and food allergies.The Mangers Daughter is Rude with a Poor Attitude.When the daughter was observed by two paying customers cleaning the grill (for over 8minutes) with the same gloves on that she pulled steak out the refrigerator and pressed the raw steak down with her gloved hand on the grill and used the same contaminated gloved hand to grab peppers and onions for another sandwich to be grilled and then handled bread and then grabbed a hand full of lettuce with the same contaminated gloved hand (cross contaminating EVERYTHING) She rolled her eyes and refused to change her gloves when asked. The owners daughter stated, “technically I don’t have to.”The owners daughter should NEVER be allowed to work in food service EVER without proper food service training in addition to being supervised by her Mother.
Great service at this Jersey Mike’s location! The staff is very professional and courteous and fixed me this delicious veggie sandwich!!
Can you guess how much this simple sub would be? If you guessed 10 dollars, you were correct. What a complete fraud this place is running. This is a frozen sheet of square meat sauted with a few onions. That's it. Guys we have to stop keeping places like this in business. The price gouging needs to stop! We have the power. Do not eat here! Not only are they completely proud of there food, it's one of the most basic under whelming sub shops in this country. They have literally 5 toppings to choose from. Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, Banana peppers, pickels. That's all I saw! A 5 year old can make this at home!! How is this place in business?! Please read the other comments if you don't take my word for it. Guys firehouse subs is right across the street. Not only will you get fair prices, you'll get better ingredients, way more toppings, friendlier service, and pride in what they do. And please ignore the computer generated auotomatic response you'll see below this post from "the owner". I can assure you, the owner doesn't care enough about his customers to sit down and actually address the issues of his failing restaurant. He's too busy counting his margins off selling meat and bread and scheming people out of their money ( that won't last much longer) . This place is a scam and the owners running it know it too. I'll never return.
This Jersey Mikes is the best the young lady with the red and black hair has GREAT customer service. She’s really nice and helpful. I had a number 13 and it was delicious 5/5 recommend.
(Mcdonough, Ga Location) I visited today. I ordered a Giant Chicken Philly, Regular Steak Philly. Guess who got home and received 2 Steak phillys? (us) In addition I was not greeted when I walked in.Then had to awkwardly stand there and I greeted them my self to get their attention. Who does that? As I waited for my food, I watched as other customers come in and they were not greeted . I also watched another young lady (employee) coughing, she had a mask but kept touching the outside of her mask with her hands. Then few minutes later goes to make bacon on the grill with the same hand!!!!!!!!! Thank god my food was wrapping up to be handed to me. It wasn’t just a cough it was very mucus like enough for me to look up from my phone while waiting for my sandwiches. Won’t be returning to this location.
Door dash experience2 of the ladies there both asked me 3 times within 10 mins of waiting who was the name of the person i was picking up for once i told them both the name 3 times they both told me to hold on as they made it seem they were gonna give me the order which by the way the order was done and ready for pick up on the counter right behind them and still never gave me the order so i just walked out ...not helping door dashers or grub hub drivers isnt right at all ....just poor service and the i dont care attitudes
Service was great and fast. Everything was fresh and delicious Belinda cooked my veggies just the way I like them thank you for the great service.
It's just like any other JM. Service could be a little quicker, and I would feel more comfortable if the employees wore masks, however.
Ordered an Italian and 2 can drinks. The total was 22 bucks I think the prices are 2 steep for the quality food and lack of friendly service. The dinning room was a mess too
