The staff was awesome n the food was delicious
Our server Haley was simply amazing . She was very attentive, the food was fresh and hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at this location. We'll definitely be back. Ask for Haley when you stop by. The steak tips and pancakes are sooooooo good.
when i go in have two employees in front and they didn't even say good morning. I was greeted by a lady standing behind the wall near the kitchen. the coffee was dirty old, and pouring the syrup and salt was broken. I told the waitress to change it for me and she said they were all broken. a company with so much money and things like that. I'm not going back to the restaurant.
The wait was less the 2 mins to be seated, and we received a heart felt greeting. Our waitress was outstanding and our order was hot and on our table within 5 mins. It was delicious! I would highly recommend this location. To my server, thank you for being the ultimate host and taking care of me and my two brothers. Don't remember her name but we were there 2/14/22 between 10-11 am.
I go to IHOP at home all the time,so I decided we should have breakfast here since I love our IHOP back in Florida. I wasn't impressed the first visit,because the gentleman that looked like a manager didn't greet us,and he did some kind of hand gesture for us to follow him to our table. We had Inga as a waitress her apron was filthy..I ignored the fact and didn't walk out. She wasn't extremely friendly,but she did her job.The second day we had Mrs.Lolita as a waitress she was friendly and welcoming. We sat at a booth and the glass behind us was so dirty I asked her to please clean it. Her customer service was so amazing,and we enjoyed her wonderful sense of humor. Even though my steak was over cooked that day. Our final visit to IHOP was Sunday. There was a tall young man cleaning tables. We watched him as he sat down to clean each table, and did a horrible job. They really need to clean that restaurant much better. My 3 stars were because of Mrs. Lolita.If it wasn't for her, and my history back home with IHOP, I would've of never went back. Thank you Mrs. Lolita for making our trip to McDonough a little brighter!!
Upon reaching the establishment, my sister and I were greeted politely by the hostess and ordered a to go order. We waited quite a bit of time but didn’t think much of it. When we received our order, we looked and saw that we were missing pancakes. The hostess was on the phone so we tried to get the attention of other waiters. We were ignored by THREE different servers on SEVEN different occasions. At one point we were directly in front of a man that seemed to be a manager and he held a finger up at us and talked to the person behind us. Finally, another waitress noticed that we had been standing there a long time and got us our pancakes.
We were passing by from our road trip. I am not an ihop fan but the family was hungry. This specific restaurant is very good. Short waiting time, friendly and awesome waitress (Regina is her name), delicious food, good portions and reasonable prices. Great experience.
Terrible. Please save your money. Service is subpar. Hired young incompetent people and with carelessness. Ordered my to go order quick; got out in about an hour. Too expensive and food was disgusting!!!!!not seasoned and a bit soggy.The server put in my order late and many other people got there food before me.(ridiculous)To add insult to injury; they were pretty careless about customer service.There was even one little boy(cashier) in the front who was even too scared to deal with the customers... smh!!!!It was a very bad experience; I would not recommend. Maybe more training or a much better staff. One of the worst I've been to; complete waste of money and time!!A very bad look for the IHOP franchise.
The gluten-free pancake combo was delicious, and the staff efficient. I went inside, placed my order, and had my food in about 10 minutes. Everything I asked for was in the bag. Great food. Great service.
Hostess was polite, the servers appeared to be frustrated in general so interactions with them felt as if you were bothering them. Good service was quick with minor hiccups. Not sure if I'll visit again.
