I've been hesitant about this place since I've moved to McDonough, and my intuition proceeds me. My shrimp basket was greasy and barely cooked. The only good experience was the up beat waiter.
My grandson was awarded “Student of the Month” this month and one of his rewards was a free kids’ meal at Huddle House. So my daughter bought her and I breakfast there yesterday and a cheeseburger for my grandson. Their portions are large and the cost is very reasonable. We will be returning soon to enjoy their wonderful food!
Kristy was awesome. It has been so long that we had an excellent server that took care of the customer. The water glass and coffee cup was never empty. She was point. Gotta Girl. Corporate she needs to be your trainer to teach others what to serve and value the customers.
Everything went well and the food was great I believe Judy was our waitresses and she was polite the only thing I would say is do not get the muffin bits
Staff super friendly , loved my waitress Krystal. She had outstanding customer service skills.She had a great personality, respectful, patient, and had knowledge about the menu. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I will definitely come back. ????? ???
Meat Lovers Omelette is a great way to start the day. The environment is nice and they keep the tables clean!
We had to wait over an hour for our food. We saw a family come in after us and they were served before us. When asked why it took so long, we were told it was because the online orders are filled first if they come before the waitress gets our order in. But that’s not right. We saw 2 people come in to pick up orders in the hour & 1/2 we were there. Food was mediocre at best. The waitress tried to help us & took 2 of our 4 orders off our ticket. But we’d have rather had hot, good food.
Good food, not so friendly service. The waitress very bluntly said "you don't want our orange juice" when I asked for it. She then walked away and gave no further explanation. She also seemed to throw things at us in the beginning. I couldn't decide if she was uncomfortable with our presence or just having a bad day. It seemed like she was the only server, so I can understand her frustration of that was the case. Overall, my family and I did not feel very welcomed.
Awesome service . My waitress was Beth and she went above and beyond and she'll always be my waitress now . Everyone please make sure to tip Beth very well she does an excellent job and is a very hard worker and genuinely cares about her customers .
Great service and the food was good. Clean. Nice atmosphere.
